The onboarding is a big job but LogicMelon will do as much or as little as you want. All included in the cost. Pros The customer service from any of the staff is outstanding. The system does what it needs to do but the staff make it easy to get help and solve any challenges. Cons The dashboards are great day to day. There are many reports to download data from but can be a challenge to understand what reports to use for data. However, the support staff will run and export for you if you the task defeats you. Her friendly, down-to-earth and not super sales-y demeanour was definitely a factor in us choosing LogicMelon over other providers. The price is also very good, no hidden costs. The platform itself is intuitive, easy to get a hang of and get the team up and running. And the team are so friendly and helpful when it comes to answering queries, handling issues, etc. We always get a response very quickly to any emails we send. Pros Ease of use, ongoing account management and service is great, quick responses to issues and queries, friendly team Cons Issues with Bullhorn integration and parsing CVs more often than we'd like but it's always resolved in the end. The job advertising form misses a lot of fields from the various job boards - understand this is to streamline the advertising process but we've been advised that missing out some of these fields can have a negative impact on the number of applications we receive. June 11, 2018 2.0 Pros The customer support is really great in terms of resolution and time to correct ongoing issues and overall requirements to begin using the platform was straight forward. Cons The platform doesn't integrate well with our ATS and various job boards, we are still having to manually manipulate candidate data and consistently follow up on glitches. Pros Ease of searching through resumes submitted and ability to post ads on several sites at once. We have used Logicmelon for about 10 years and we have renewed it yearly because it works great for us. Cons The only dislike is the time between posting to Logicmelon and when the post actually show up on paid websites can be several hours. Unfortunately the format of the feeds are dictated by the board, and these style ones are collected from at set intervals a day. Over 80% of our feeds are otherwise instant. It's easy to use, reliable and intuitive which saves me oodles of time. Pros Easily integrated with my ATS so it makes life so much easier, as well as saving me an astronomical amount of time. Cons Updates on outstanding issues are slow ie the job board logos disappeared a couple of weeks ago, and no update has been forthcoming. I was also advised that I am using an old version of the system, and you were going to contact my ATS provider to see what could be done to upgrade me - I've heard no more since. It is every recruiter's dream! Cons There are times that it is "laggy" but it only lasts for a few minutes. It's not going to affect your productivity for the day. You can tell that service is something they really care about, which is hugely important to me.
