eRecruiter is a powerful tool for any staffing company and while it is a lot to work with, it is so much easier having all my work in one application rather than several.

Pros

I like how many different things we can do in one place. I can post jobs, create candidates, and send email blasts. It makes everything much easier having it in one place.

Cons

There is so much to the software, it can take a while to get comfortable with it.

Pros

I’ve been on both sides. In recruiting business and as a candidate. I still remember that back in the day applying on a mobile was not so available. When I’m candidate- I’m purely mobile. I rarely go to do something on a desktop. Mobile version of a product was first I ever applied on a smartphone. It improved from that time. It is well designed and loads faster.

Cons

There were at least two times when attachment was impossible to upload. And it was not connected with size of pdf. I found it very frustrating.

I appreciate the ongoing support of both our dedicated CS Manager and the technical team available on the chat if needed.

Pros

eRecuiter is friedly to use, all options are intuitive. Over time, the eRecruiter adapts functionalities to the changing environment. From time to time, they provide us with new functions that make the use of the system even easier.

Cons

To be honest, I do not see any defects of the system I can't imagine working without eRecruiter.

I have been working on this system for over 6 years. I like that it is constantly changing, that eRecruiter responds to the client's needs.

Pros

For me, eRecruiter is the main tool in my work. I start the day with logging into the system. There I manage applications and communicate with candidates. I download reports, I do recruitment analyzes that allow me to make better recruitment decisions. I trained other people to use eRecruiter and in my opinion is very easy to use. The team of eRecruiter creates a knowledge base, guides that facilitate the use of this system.

Cons

Sometimes you have to wait for changes, but sooner or later they get implemented.

Reasons for choosing eRecruiter

Because is the most frequently used recruitment tool in Poland and and they have a great team of customer service. As a recruiter I belong to the eRercuiter community group and I can share my knowledge and propose new solutions. For me is a good option because I can be with technologies every day.

Pros

This was really useful to me as a recruiter, and has definitely paid for itself in the short time that I have used it. Easy to use, a great investment of my time and money.

Cons

Although I realize that this is also my own fault, sometimes the quality of the potential employees contacted was sub-par. With a background knowledge in recruiting, this will be fine.
