Overall I love the product. The employee can go in after I have posted and he or she can review and sign there rating for that day

Pros

Very easy to use. I use this product when I'm training a new dispatcher. I like how it give choices from 1-5 on how we can rate how the employee is doing. Then it also give a space where you can write a review

Cons

I do wish that it would save the numbers for the next review on the same individual from day to day. This way we can go in and SEE what was put in the day before and change it as we see fit

Effective and efficient sales tool. Allowed for my team to plan what segment best fit our hotel and target for the highest return on profit. Save time on researching and more time for targeting!

Cons

At this time there is nothing I can say that we do not like.
