In ogni momento riesco in maniera autonoma a definire parametri e specifiche personalizzate. Inoltre sono presenti diversi report già predefiniti, ma nello stesso tempo posso creare nuovi report in maniera molto semplice e in base ai KPI che mi interessa monitorare. Ulteriore valore aggiunto è dato dalla possibilità di integrare lo screening dei candidati con una valutazione automatica dei cv in base a dei parametri personalizzati e di aggiungere delle killer questions in fase di prescreening. Ho avuto bisogno poche volte di entrare in contatto con il customer care, ma in quelle poche occasioni il servizio è stato eccellente e molto veloce nel darmi le risposte che mi servivano. Da quando uso Altamira recruiting ho quasi azzerato l'utilizzo delle società di selezione nella ricerca di personale. Cons L'unico inconveniente iniziale che ho riscontrato quando ho acquistato Altamira 5 anni fa è stata la mancanza di un manuale su tutte le funzionalità che sono tante. All'inizio ho dovuto scoprire con l'aiuto del customer service o da solo tutte le opportunità presenti in Altamira. Ci dispiace che sia rimasta scontenta di alcune feature, probabilmente è necessario un altro passaggio con il nostro team di assistenza perché alcuni suoi appunti sono di difficile comprensione. Il nostro software di recruiting è infatti ampiamente personalizzabile in tutte le sue componenti (campi, filtri, workflow ecc.). Gli Hiring Manager possono avere accesso ai singoli progetti a condizione che siano utenti del software, in modo da poter settare le impostazioni di sicurezza. Altrimenti si possono comunque condividere con loro i profili che fanno parte del progetto. La nostra piattaforma ha infine un uptime molto vicino al 100% (solitamente viaggiamo attorno al 99,9%) con totale continuità di servizio. Le 04 selezioni sono state effettuate in tempi brevissimi; nell'arco di 10 giorni avevamo ricevuto ben 260 CV complessivi e le 04 risorse sono state avviate al lavoro con ns piena soddisfazione. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Offre un alto livello di personalizzazione così da permettere di "cucire" il prodotto in base alla specifica azienda. Molto facile ed intuitivo, permette anche l'attivazione di moduli aggiuntivi quali i sistemi di rilevamento presenze, ferie e permessi, learning ecc. Con questa piattaforma è molto più facile rispettare gli adempimenti in materia di privacy e consente una interazione totale sia con le altre figure aziendali coinvolte nel processo di selezione che con tutti i candidati, i quali apprezzano tantissimo i feedback che con questa piattaforma si riesce a dare loro in tempi brevissimi Cons Il prodotto è facile da utilizzare in ogni suo aspetto.
