Dire ai commerciali di essere gentili lo fanno praticamente tutti, trovare l'azienda che si distingue davvero per questo tipo di approccio in "tutta la filiera" del servizio è raro e - in questo caso - non è accaduto. Il collegamento diretto al sito internet istituzionale tramite il link "career center". Avere sullo stesso sistema il processo di pubblicazione annunci. Cons La ricerca semplice ogni tanto dà qualche problema ed è necessario andare su quella avanzata per essere certi: per chi lo utilizza in modo intensivo è oneroso in termini di tempo. Una volta assegnato al candidato lo stato "non idoneo" (che può avvenire all'inizio ma anche alla fine del processo di selezione) qualora si volesse fare dal "progetto" una ricerca su stadi intermedi ad esempio vedere per quella selezione chi sono stati i soli candidati "colloquiati o presentati " non sembra più possibile.
