Pros

  • Makes your tasks and money stuff super easy, is great at doing things automatically, and is simple to use.

  • Communication with members is a very good feature, we can send out event reminders, payments updates, important holidays, last minute changes, etc.

Cons

  • Sometimes no response from organizer seems irrelevant.

  • No go for it with little bit improvisation in terms UI.

"Transparent Connection Bridge "

"Real platform for managing a panel of subscribers, events and payment reporting "

Overall: After more than two years of operation of the WebCollect platform, we can attest that this site is totally productive for startups and other online structures. Apart from its productivity in terms of marketing automation, one of the first attractive elements of WebCollect is its marketing approach based on the free trial granted to any new user member, during three months. Moreover, when you don't exceed the size of 50 members, you always stay in the free use area and even when you are beyond that, the costs are relatively low compared to other competing sites.

Pros: Large membership subscription range (family use, group of professionals, associations and others). Easy and very practical to use and relatively inexpensive. In addition, it allows for automation and professional reporting of digital payments (by paypal, master card, Maestreo, and other payment methods). Easy to renew subscriptions

Cons: At our level, we have not experienced any inconvenience related to the operation of this platform

"Helper for Money Matters and Group Management"

Overall: An experience that makes money tasks and event organization really easy and smooth.

Pros: Makes your tasks and money stuff super easy, is great at doing things automatically, and is simple to use.

Cons: Even though most people really like it, some parts like the look of the software and the money collection part could be better.

"Makes your AR process very easy. "

Pros: It makes it all very simple. You are able to schedule your tasks, which is great if you tend to forget what your tasks are for the next days. Every Company should try it if they want to have their buyer's debt to be paid on time.

Cons: I have no complaints about it, since it is very easy to use. As a user I was completely satisfied with it.

"It was amazing "

Pros: The seamless experience had it all.

Cons: Nothing much everything was perfect. UI is great. User experience is awesome. Nothing to complain about.

"Webcollect does it perfectly!"

Overall: Webcollect is a breeze to manage data, eliminating need for memory and reminders setup which is cumbersome. Highly recommended.

Pros: Amazing way to automate membership management, payment collection and membership renewal.

Cons: The UI needs some polishing to be more upfront.

"Good management of events"

Overall: My overall experience was quite fine the WebCollect as it is getting my job done very well. I am quite happy with the service till now as management has become a lot easier for me now.

Pros: Communication with members is a very good feature, we can send out event reminders, payments updates, important holidays, last minute changes, etc. Payments can also be collected directly via the website, which is very convenient and easy to keep track of.

Cons: In the communication, feature to call directly the event manager should be there for better support. Templates of website needs to be updated, they are very old - styled.

"Good platform at initial level"

Overall: As I used this platform few times but it didn't disappoint me any times, easy to book event and search local classes for teaching or extra co-curricular activities, for students.
