The content of the proposals has also been helping me in my company's website content. The staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond! Pros Easy to use with integrations to software I already have in place (MS-Office & Quotewerks). I've always struggled with formatting my quotes in addition to content but Proposal Kit makes that a snap, I more or less just need to worry about the details and not the layout. Owner Online Media Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Proposal Kit saved time and money" January 19, 2017 5.0 I've been using Proposal Kit Pro in my media production company for years now and just last week I closed one of the biggest deal. Not only the proposal but also the contracts. The client had a big time Boston Law firm review the contract and tell me that it was the most comprehensive and balanced agreement they'd ever seen. Of course they had to make a change or two so the client had reason to use them but nothing of major significance. The attorney whispered to me after that even without their small changes it was a solid contract and they would charge thousands of dollars to create the same. He then asked who was my attorney. Use this product once and it will pay for itself 10 fold. Pros The quality and variety of the content. Cons Not enough actual content examples. Our 2018 editions have been released and we added over 550 pages of new sample content (now there are over 2400 pages of samples in 200 completed sample proposals, business plans, RFPs and other samples). ---- Thanks for the review Richard. Actually many legal firms purchase our Proposal Kit and use our contract templates (and then charge their clients for the legal advise and editing). There are also over 1900 pages of written out sample content. This is all found in the "Sample Proposals" section of the Proposal Kit. There are 165 sample proposals, business plans, etc. included (making up that 1900 pages). And we have hundreds more completed sample pages on the way in future updates. Other proposal products usually have just a couple (maybe 2 or 3) completed samples. Ours has by far more sample content than any other proposal product or service. It has an enormous number of letters, forms, spreadsheets, proposals, etc. At first it was a little overwhelming at first since I was new to using formal business communications. Also the system includes a program that assists you in creating more complex documents which took a short while to figure out. Once I got the 'lay of the land' and found the documents I needed I saw that they addressed issues I never thought of which is a real help. PROS: very comprehensive document toolkit that I have used over the years as templates for proposals and letters. It also gets me past the 'blank page' problem since I can find a document that I can modify for just about any situation. CONS: It takes more than a minute to get used to the software that assembles the documents, although, considering the number of documents, in the end, I was glad I spent the time. It helps me create about 150 winning proposals for several clients in the technology, real estate, and private arena. Proposal Kit Professional allows me to expand my business portfolio and create top-notch proposals in a quickly and organized manner. I struggled with integration of Proposal Kit into my word processor, however, I was able to manage to use the sample proposal content and to incorporate it into my proposal.
