We'll run into a problem or glitch, contact the help desk, and then realize we didn't receive an update. I also like the ability to accept Fitrix updates and not lose all the labor our customizations represent. Cons They lack support outside of North America. We can not get support for operation in China, Eastern Europe, and other less developed areas. I cannot say enough about how valuable the team at Fitrix is. If I need any report created, it's very easy to communicate with them and they will do it! Very knowledgeable team. Cons There are always certain things that you have to learn with new software. After using it for two years, I cannot think of anything that I like least about this product.
