Pros In the age of COVID and working from home, being able to have a seemless presentation ready across multiple platforms is very important and Clickshare checks pretty much every box to get you there. It's a user-friendly product and everyone can participate as if there were all in the same room. Cons It's a bit pricy, especially for a small company. Pros The concept that screen sharing is easy. Cons It is unreliable. Our original istallation was delayed by several weeks due to corrupted software on the base unit. Since then, we find every week we have issues trying to use the extended screen option. Despite renewing the software the extended screen option is usualy not available. This is extremely frustrating and for such an expensive system it's unacceptable that the system is basically not reliable.
