Ltd." now owned by PRACTO, the way they gave the training and attention to any issues we face). Only one hour difference no day and night / big time difference issue. Need to focus on permanent actions on repetitive issues. System is good and palms team should motivate customer to use all the available features. There should be frequent interactions with customer to explain the available features which may be customer is not using. This will help customer to improve the operations and then they will have more confidence on Palms. Pros Application is good for warehouse management. Has quite all required features. Customer support is active and gives quick response. Cons Customer support is responsive but I think they are working on immediate resolution only. Detailed analysis of problem with permanent corrective actions is missing which needs to be improved. Also, software to be little more user friendly. Data which customer needs must be available easily for the customer. Every small change should not be treated as customization.
