Many software companies have a tendency to make people feel inferior because of their vast knowledge of computers, but this is not something you have to worry about with the people at Smartwerks. Cons There are a few small things that bother me about the system. For example, using most of the search functions you have to physically click on the search button instead of typing what you're looking for and hitting the enter key. Review Source KM Ken M. Seem to try to adapt new ideas into the software as often as possible. Very reasonable license agreement and monthly user fees. The Smartwerks team are always available to answer our questions, either by phone or via email. It is easy to train new employees, and I love the way it keeps track of my inventory. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They have even made changes to suit our needs.
