IRIS by far takes first place. I have been an IRIS user for many years and will never use another company. There is no need, if ever there is a feature you are longing for...just ask. Somehow they will make it happen. The support team is impressively responsive and the software does everything your floral shop (large or small) could ever need. Pros Ease of use and customization. Out of the box Integration with WordPress website. Cons There are no negative aspects to IRIS. I am longing for branding customization but that it somthing they are working on. This checked both boxes, plus a whole lot more. From my perspective, Iris is the most functional , versatile, and easy-to-use system that you'll find. I would recommend it for florists who want to run their own shops independently, without wire services or fee-per-item websites. Pros Easy to customize and implement. You can get up & running very quickly. Lots of online videos to help you learn the system. Covers all the important things you need in a flower shop point of sale system including in-store and online orders. Integrates with my Big Commerce website and with Flower Shop Network. Cons Turnaround on support requests is a bit inconsistent. You need to be a squeaky wheel. That's to be expected. Pros Terrific for high traffic shops because the touchscreen and product tabs works very well. Easy to teach staff how to use and very flexible system Cons I spent a year working to get it deployed and we never did. The accounting was flawed and unreliable, the integration with QuickBooks didn’t work properly and after several rounds of trying to fix the defects, IRIS staff finally gave up. I even used the recommend CPA and spent thousands to help resolve the defects but in the end The CPA even suggested I go to a more mature platform. I figure you spend 75% or more of your time with a POS system entering orders, so it better be easy to use and fast. IRIS does just that. I especially like the product pads and the fact that they can be customized as needed. The products can be changed with the seasons. Also, the customer support is awesome. It's like having your own IT staff. Any time I have a question or issue, they respond right away. Cons What I like least is the reporting.
