Pros: Full of features! Gear to full automation! Tech support knows what they are talking about and they have been a great help every time I called!

Overall: I have been using this software last 20 years. Smart dry cleaners POS system works out for me perfect. It has all the marketing and management features and also 100% interface with my automated sorting system with heatseal barcode tags. I have been so happy with Smart POS!

Recommendations to other buyers: I would absolutely recommend for any dry cleaners.

Comments: I have been using this system for many years. It could be a great system but it has many flaws. 1) the system constantly freezes and the developers have a difficult time fixing this issue. 2) unlike some other companies they send you used or refurbished parts you need to request for new computers 3) the owner is more concerned with selling $$$ than being held accountable with any issues that may arise. Please be careful they are willing to scam you and make a sale over building relationships and ensuring their customers are priority. 4) tech support reps are very helpful they try and assist as much as possible but unfortunately their knowledge is limited and their developers cannot troubleshoot certain issues.

Comments: HELLO GOOD MORNING, MY NAME IS LIZETH I AM THE MANAGER OF A CLEANERS IN CA, I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW JUST TO EXPRESS HOW I AM FEELING NOW AFTER A 3 YEARS OF USING THIS GBS SMART DRY CLEANERS SYSTEM V2005 I CALLED TECH SUPPORT AND THE PERSON WHO HELPED ME SAID THAT HE IS THE MANAGER NAME AUSTIN. 01-04-2016 AT 9:30AM IN CALIFORNIA.
THE ONLY THING THAT I ASKED WAS TO HELP ME CONFIGURED MY AUTOMATIC SALES REPORT TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND HE SAID THAT BECAUSE IT'S AFTER 1 YEAR OF USE HE CAN NOT HELP ME. HE IS BUSY WITH OTHERS ACCOUNTS AND IF THEY ARE GOING TO HELP ME THEIR COMPANY WILL CHARGE ME ONE TIME USE THEIR TECH SERVICE $ 285.00.
FIRST THE PROGRAM HAS ISSUES ON THE CORRELATIVE INVOICE NUMBERS AND FOR A REASON OR OTHER 3 OR SOMETIMES 4 INVOICE NUMBERS DOES'NT APPEAR. I THINK THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR INVENTORY. PLEASE COMPANIES THAT ARE THINKING TO BUY A SYSTEM FROM GBS COMPANY THINK TWICE. FIRST ASKED FROM THE BEGINNING ABOUT THE TECH SUPPORT AND FOR HOW LONG THEY CAN HELP YOU. AND BE SURE THAT THE PROGRAM RUNS PERFECT. YOU ARE BY YOURSELF WITH THIS PRODUCT.
