Comments: Every year we do a survey of parents to see how their child is using technology at home and at school. Having never done a major survey like this before I was slightly concerned but Survey Shack talked me through it and we ended up with something that looked very professional and did exactly what we needed. I was particularly struck by the flexibility of the software - from setting up the questions and defining the types of answers to the reporting - how it looked and what was included or not. This meant that I was able to some real digging into the detail too which was hugely interesting and enlightening too. Very happy to recommend the software and the team supporting it too.

Pros: The generated end to end report of the summary of all responses.

Cons: Seems complex and I'm not using it to it's full capability. It's not easy to identity customer responses, I think they are numbered.

Overall: As a company we've used SurveyShack for the passed 4 years and the customer support side as been brilliant and extremely good value for money. However what I have struggled with is actually trying to get the data from the results, I do not find the system particularly user friendly. I am sure there are some many useful features for me to use but I haven't managed to work out how they work. However, this wouldn't stop me using the survey people again and maybe it is that I am not as 'techie savvy' as some.

Comments: I have always found the service to be excellent from Surveyshack and have now used their support for a number of years, initially to develop our own 360 Leadership behaviour surveys and then to analyse and provide regular feedback reports. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Comments: We have used Survey Shack's Managed Service Surveys for several years now to manage surveys we run for our Clients. They are very flexible and responsive to our needs which are critical when trying to manage our own demanding Clients. Their technical know how and customer support are excellent and any issues are always quickly resolved. They represent good value for money and would recommend them highly.

Pros: Very straightforward and easy to use, powerful tool.

Cons: As SurveyGizmo is a US based company, there can be a lag in support availability.

Overall: I've worked with SurveyShack for around 4 years now over two companies, initially using their platform and then under a managed service with another platform. From the start there was always a strong understanding of what we wanted from the platform, and they were able to offer up solutions.

They have a great breadth of working technical knowledge, and the service was always of top quality.

Comments: I use Survey Shack to administer my 360 surveys. I have three in total, and they are used dependent on the candidate need. From the very start the co-operation to build the best survey for me was excellent. It has been now 4 years, and the service received continues to be of the highest quality. Often the 360 is the first real contact my delegates have of my company and so the first impression is vital as it sets the scene for the relationship going forwards. 360s rely on the information provided from the client, and often this can be inaccurate; I have always found my administrator to be patient, polite and timely when liaising either with me or directly with the delegate to sort any issues out as quickly as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Survey Shack as the company to go to administer your surveys
