Nor only is the platform user friendly but the tutorial videos serve as great support! The multi-language tools makes it really convenient when gathering participants form different backgrounds. The platform also permits adding visuals to your survey adding a personal touch. The color coordinations on the templates are aesthetically pleasing and can be easily modified. Finally, I really enjoy how you can track the survey response rate an distribute it in traditional (email) and non-traditional methods (Social Networking Sites). Additionally, their customer service responds extremely fast. Cons An improvement in the platform would be limiting the interface version so it only reflects the features it include. Perhaps most important for me, as a small business owner without a team, is that SoGo is really easy to use. It's intuitive so I haven't ever really had to muddle around to figure something out. When I did have a challenge, customer support was very responsive and I was able to fix my issue right away. The surveys also look great, not only clear, but the templates are eye-catching and professional, making them each of my surveys look as if a graphic designer was involved. An with unlimited surveys, SoGo is really perfect for my needs. Cons The only disadvantage that I have found is that if I cancel my account, I would in essence lose my data. So that's a disappointment but at this point my plan is affordable so even in months when there I don't have any active surveys, it makes sense to keep it. At the beginning, we tried lots of different websites that provide surveys online. However, we couldn't found one that meets our need, then, we came across SoGoSurvey. There are plenty advantages, and it is SoGoSurvey that solve all of our problems.First of all, SoGo provided a clean and beautiful page, this is really important to either researcher or respondents. For researchers, a clean page and clear instructions allow researchers to learn how to use the system fast. ( quick responses of online 1 to 1 services and those guiding videos helped a lot too!!) On the other hand, for the respondents, a clean and beautiful page would possibly make them more willing to respond. Also, SoGo enables respondents to respond in different devices, such as laptop, cells, or tablets. Secondly, it makes a lot convenience to researchers that SoGo automatically transfer and output polls and statistics to excel form. These make collecting responds and the forward sorting out data much convenient. Although I'm only using the free plan now, but I can see that the pricing plans contains a lot more of useful tools and question types. Due to my job and my studies, I need to conduct different types of surveys, often to dispersed populations, therefore an online tool is almost compulsory for me. Pros I think that the best reason to use SoGo is the multitude of different features. You can include \[almost\] any type of question you can imagine. Moreover there are some other tools and a good human team ready to help you quickly (no need to wait for days!). Another important feature is the fact that you are allowed to download the data received anytime you need to and all the times you want to. Cons Due to the huge number of different features, it was a little bit confusing to start designing my first survey. Nevertheless, it wasn't a real problem after using the tutorials and reading the explanations on the website. Moreover, I have seen that the interface and many other features have been redesigned during the last weeks, therefore I believe that it has become the easiest online survey software available. It seem to me very intuitive and have all the funcionalities that I need for designing a complex survey. The purpose of this survey is be answerd for some selected expert in the research area. So, it is very important for achieving that goal the survey has a design  easily adaptable and aesthetically pleasing. I think SoGo has the functionalities to get those objetives. Cons I can't check in the free version all the features that SoGo has. So, I am not really sure that will cover all that I need for my survey design. Despite I think the features will give me the tools I need for the survey that I have to design, I won´t really know until I have the Free Student Plan or Free Academic Plan. The process is being a bit complicate because a spanish University has different administrative standards than an american one. This reason is made the procedure more difficult. Our company only utilized the software for Surveys and Polls so I cannot comment on the Quiz and Assessment functions except to say that if they are anything like the other tools then they are top of the line. The software can integrate with your official business social media accounts for formatted, easy to copy-paste posts to reach a wider audience. The survey creation features allow you to ask any type of question you want with any type of answer format, and that is something we definitely appreciate. It is easy to use. I can literally copy each question and just do some editing, that really save a lot of time. Many survey software, e.g. Google Form, can't have reverse rating for Likert scale. Although SoGoSurvey also has the same problem, but i discovered that if we use Radio rating button instead, we can actually assign reverse rating score to negative questions. Very useful. Pros 1\. As a doctoral researcher into online media, it was really important to find one that not only had a rich feature set, but also a survey tool that didn't make the provider more prominent than the survey. Although very early days in my own use of the product, SoGoSurvey has a full feature set that outstrips many of its competitors. It also advertises Google Analytics integration for adding further value to the resulting data-set and holds the necessary TRUSTe certificates for data protection compliance - something that is absolutely essential in the professional and academic research environment. Based on my own very basic trial of the product, it appears to be an excellent alternative to Survey Monkey and with a fantastic promise of email support. It promises to provide a really flexible and responsive system with some key features to support the survey process and its responses. It's too early for me to give a very detailed review but their website has a great checklist of the available features and it's easy to trial to see whether it meets your specific needs.
