My overall experience with Sogolytics was positive. It’s a powerful survey tool, fairly easy to navigate, and great for seeing results clearly. It can feel a little busy at first, but once you learn it, it works smoothly and helps you build solid surveys.

Pros

I like that Sogolytics is easy to use with drag-and-drop, great templates, lots of question types, and clear real-time results. It makes surveys fast and stress-free to create.

Cons

I least liked that some useful features feel locked behind paid plans, the design can feel a bit busy, and advanced tools take time to learn. It’s still good, but not totally beginner-simple.

I haven't used it much but I could say I am satisfied with the experience I had with it. It was easy to navigate and I could see I can do many things with it such as combining surveys into one and it automatically transposes data for me.

Pros

Easy to navigate and has loads of useful tools to use in business and reasearch

Cons

When you open it on your phone the page shifts a bit uncomfortably. It's not very neat and you need to scroll and mode the page itself a lot in order to be able to see the buttons. And also I didn't like that it charges you for the entire year when you sign up for a plan. As a student my income is low and I can only afford to pay month by month

Pros

Sogolytics offers a very user-friendly tool that leverages AI to help quickly build surveys. The library of survey templates is comprehensive. All around, a terrific tool!

Cons

Perfect experience, and I would recommend the platform to any industry.

Pros

Very user friendly and very nice features to build your survey. The features fit my goals perfectly. It also allows for multiple text within the survey, for example if you needed to explain a question of a concept of provide definitions. I check a lot of software options and Sogolytics stood out by far. And great responses from their support.

Cons

Could be useful to have more analytical features than what is currently available.

Pros

I like how I can preview my survey before it's published. I am not sure if every survey-making website has this feature. I can't see why they wouldn't since it's a beneficial feature.

Cons

I had parts of my survey copied/pasted from Microsoft Word, and the format and font would be different no matter what I did. I had to delete and type them out to make sure it's in the same font and format. It took more time than I wanted it to.

Overall, it's a nice website. I would use it again in the future for surveys.

Pros

I like the fact that it is more organized than other surveys. I also think it's nice that students have a one-year trial for surveys because it would help with my research.

Cons

I don't particularly appreciate that they don't show where and how to post a public post, blog, or forum to get a free student membership. I also had issues trying to log back into my survey after the 7-day trial was up and I didn't even know about the student membership.
