Sono un'imprenditrice nel settore della formazione da più di 23 anni e negli ultimi 12 sono stata cliente Mail up. A inizio dicembre 2024 (pochi giorni prima della scadenza del contratto in essere) ho deciso di disdirlo (per mancato utilizzo) direttamente attraverso la piattaforma (il processo è stato semplice con pochi click e con un pop up di conferma finale) e sembrava andato tutto a buon fine... Ricevendo la fattura digitale relativa al rinnovo del contratto, ho tentato di contattarli telefonicamente e dopo diversi tentativi, a gennaio sono riuscita a parlare con i loro uffici spiegando l'accaduto: mi hanno risposto di inviare semplicemente una pec per segnalare l'anomalia e risolvere la questione. Non ho mai ricevuto risposta alla pec, quindi ho inviato delle email per sollecitare il riscontro, e dopo un lasso inaccettabile di tempo (più di due mesi) mi hanno risposto (via email) che la disdetta a loro non risultava comunicata in tempi utili (scrivono che la disdetta di dicembre attraverso la piattaforma non risulta pervenuta). Risultato: mi hanno definitivamente persa come azienda cliente; sto sconsigliando vivamente ad ogni occasione i loro servizi ad amici imprenditori (la mia azienda fa parte di un grande gruppo in franchising e dell'Associazione Confindustria) raccontando la mia pessima esperienza; hanno una gestione della comunicazione con il cliente inefficace e non professionale. Dopo 12 anni da cliente, mi sarei aspettata ben altro. Barbara Midali

Utilizzato principalmente per email marketing, di un azienda con cui collaboro, e la loro comunicazione interna. Ho apprezzato tanto la completezza delle loro analisi, puoi vedere chi non ha aperto l'email o non l'ha ricevuto, ma anche chi ha cliccato e cosa...Ma la parte Report è molto più vasta e completa. Ottima esperienza, sicuramente adatto ha chi ha un budget da investire e diversi contatti.

Pros

Semplice da usare, analisi complete, grafici, possibilità di vedere chi clicca e cosa, disiscritti e via così. Si possono esportare. Inoltre Testing A/B, possibilità di creare gruppi e mettere in blacklist. Utilizzo: mail marketing e communicazioni aziendali.

Cons

Non ho avuto problemi con MailUp, il costo è di circa 43€ al mese, ci sono diversi piani ma non gratuito. Possibilità di "personalizzazione" insieme al commerciale di MailUp.

Overall its a great tool for email market, management and automation, though faster sending speeds and reduced pricing would greatly be of help.

Pros

Nel complesso l'esperienza è comunque positiva e, anche se abbiamo valutato un cambiamento a inizio anno, abbiamo deciso di proseguire con MailUp, con cui ci troviamo abbastanza bene.

Pros

MailUp è un software sicuramente molto semplice da utilizzare, grazie all'editor Drag and Drop e alla configurazione facilitata e guidata. La personalizzazione delle email è abbastanza ampia ed è possibile, più o meno, creare ciò che si vuole.L'affidabilità come provider di Email Marketing, che richiede la verifica di tutte le mail registrate nelle proprie liste, fa sì che le email inviate tramite MailUp passino tutti i filtri Anti-Spam dei vari host di posta elettronica.

Cons

La scarsa personalizzazione dei piano è sicuramente un limite di MailUp. Infatti, spesso bisogna scegliere un piano superiore per accedere a determinati vantaggi, ma diverse funzionalità aggiuntive risultano superflue e non utilizzate. Credo che sia necessario introdurre un piano intermedia tra lo Starter e il Plus, oppure dare maggiore flessibilità ai Sales Manager per offrire pacchetti personalizzabili.
