Pros Relatively easy to use, good place to store and keep track of all of our surveys over the years. Great customer support from our rep. Cons \- Don't like having to leave my work process to go back to menu to clear results during the testing/building stage - having to leave what I am working on to do this simple task is annoying. i.e.. I go to edit a question and a notice comes up now saying something to the effect "This question can not be edited because there is data stored in the survey" then I have to go to Results, find the survey I’m working on, select clear results, then go back to the questions list, find the question I was trying to edit etc. This is annoying especially as the data is just the data generated via testing survey - it hasn’t been launched yet. This may happen several times while building. it would be better to include a chance to clear survey result right from where I am, or keep survey in edit mode distinct from launch.
