There are tiered options so you can adjust what tools you'll need and pay only for what you'll use. We had to train a subset of our team, and it was straightforward to explain it as well. I love that it's a Canadian firm. That was a big decision for us in supplying contracts in Canada. Pros The interface is easy to navigate. Reports are fully customizable and accommodating a second language integrates seamlessly. Cons They updated their interface a while ago and it was a little harder to match the previous categories, but the new version is now second nature. Switched from [Interceptum](https://www.capterra.com/p/89241/Interceptum/) SimpleSurvey was easier to use and has a much more dynamic interface. The cost was also less.
