We started with Jobber when we were growing. It has grown and gotten so much more user-friendly over time, it just fits for us.

Pros

Jobber is like a third hand to me! It is where everything is related to our customers. Scheduling the customer is easy. Adding to the customer's file is easy to do. Invoicing and quotes are user-friendly, too. The quick customer support is great when in the middle of an issue, and I can call for immediate answers. I cannot imagine getting through a day, let alone an hour, without Jobber.

Cons

Campaigns in the marketing Suite. The customers I want the campaign geared toward are tricky to get right.

I appreciate the fact that Jobber has a lot of different features. Quoting and invoicing, marketing and reminders, scheduling and more. I also appreciate that the company is trying to do the most for their customers, as proven through their community, events they run, and grants.

Cons

The reporting feature could be better, but it's not so bad that I would take away a star from their review!

Jobber support is quick to help when there is issues. It is really nice to have everything in one application and not have to have all these applications to do the same thing.

Pros

Jobber has a wide variety of different features that our business can utilize. From the calendar for scheduling estimates to quotes to send customers and invoicing at the end of the job.

Cons

Jobber does update a lot but there is never any warning to it happening. Due to this it takes time to get used to the new changes on the fly when you have customers waiting on you.

What I like most is how easy Jobber makes everything, along with their great customer service. Anytime I have a question, they’re quick to help, and for what you get, it’s definitely worth the money.

Occasionally, I’ve run into small limitations with certain features, but nothing that has stopped us from running our business smoothly.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use jobber and how much it tracks for me. It saves me so much time daily. Overall I have had an incredible experience with jobber abs have gotten a ton of value from it.

Cons

Jobber is great, but I wish I could add more users without the cost going up so much. Right now I can have 5, but to add another, the cost goes up significantly.

Snow has always been the hardest in terms of having a dispatcher. Overall it has been enjoyable and fun learning this software.

Pros

Customer Support and Updates are fantastic. They have done a very good job keeping Jobber relevant. I treat Jobber as a "Salesforce" with a cap.

The marketing, it is all AI. Which in turn means that there are a lot of other websites like yours, which hurts SEO.

Overall, our experience with Jobber has been very good. It has helped us organize and manage key parts of our business, from customer requests and quotes to scheduling, jobs, and invoicing. It gives our team better visibility and helps keep operations moving efficiently. There are a few minor limitations, but overall it has been a reliable platform that supports both our daily workflow and our growth.

Pros

What I liked most about Jobber is how it gives us one central system to run the day-to-day operations of our plumbing and HVAC business. We use it to manage requests, quotes, jobs, scheduling, invoices, and customer records, so it helps keep the entire workflow organized from first contact through completion. It has been especially helpful for keeping our field and office teams aligned. The scheduling, job tracking, and quote-to-job flow make it easier to stay on top of work in progress, and the customer-facing side feels professional and easy to use. Overall, it has helped us create more structure, improve visibility across the business, and support the systems-led approach we are building.

Cons

What I liked least about Jobber is that there are a few small usability issues that come up from time to time. Occasionally, not all buttons or interface elements load properly on the first try, so I have to refresh the page. It is not a major issue, but it can be inconvenient during a busy workday. Another limitation for us is the lack of flexibility around phone numbers for notifications. It would be much better if businesses could port in and use their own phone number for customer notifications, since that would create a more consistent and branded customer experience.

Pros

Compared to other similar programs that I used, Jobber is definitely very user friendly, from scheduling to collecting payment on invoices. Customer support has been great as well, since they are available right away and walk you through resolving issues step by step.

Cons

When a customer get's financing, the whole process from creating invoice to applying payment is handled by Jobber, which actually complicates things a bit, cause you're unable to use your regular invoicing process. I wish there would be a manual option as well or a way to opt out.

Pros

I like that Jobber helps you manage each job from beginning to end with ease and professionalism. Jobber is helping us scale our business with all of its features and we love the facts that new features are always being added.

Cons

The schedule doesn't allow me to see all the jobs at one time in real time. I would love to see a dashboard where you can really keep an eye on where your technicians are
