Amazing. 10/10. Definitely recommend it. Give it a try, has the free trial. They are very helpful too. Whenever support is needed, they are there. Also, they have summits with amazing business owners so that is a plus. Love Jobber.

Pros

is amazing and a vital part of our business because it helps us with: invoicing, quoting, receiving payments, sending invoices and quotes using the automations they provide. One of my favorite parts of Jobber is trying to figure out how to improve our automations and processes. And, amazing products with amazing prices. Jobber makes our business better.

Cons

At the beginning, I used to say " is only good for invoicing and quoting". But I was WRONG. So many features that can help and boost a business.

support is quick to help when there is issues. It is really nice to have everything in one application and not have to have all these applications to do the same thing.

Pros

has a wide variety of different features that our business can utilize. From the calendar for scheduling estimates to quotes to send customers and invoicing at the end of the job.

Cons

does update a lot but there is never any warning to it happening. Due to this it takes time to get used to the new changes on the fly when you have customers waiting on you.

We use at The Comfort Specialists for day-to-day operations, quoting, scheduling, and invoicing, and overall we’re very happy with it. It has helped us stay organized, respond faster to customers, and keep our office and field team on the same page. The platform is intuitive, and onboarding was straightforward. Their customer support has also been excellent anytime we’ve had a question or needed clarification. Jobber delivers solid functionality and reliability. That said, I do feel the pricing could be a bit more competitive for what’s included. It’s a good system, but as a growing service company you always weigh cost versus features carefully. Customer Support: This is one of Jobber’s strongest areas. Support has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When you’re running a service business, that kind of backup matters. Ease of Use: Very user-friendly. Our team picked it up quickly, and it doesn’t require a lot of hand-holding to get started. The layout is clean and practical. Invoicing: Invoicing works well and keeps things professional. We appreciate how simple it is to convert quotes to invoices and track payments. Scheduling: Scheduling is clear and efficient. It helps keep our technicians organized and reduces back-and-forth between the office and the field. Banking and Transactions: Payment processing is straightforward, and the system makes it easy for customers to pay electronically. Bugs and Issues: We haven’t experienced any major bugs. Like any software, there are small limitations, but nothing that has disrupted operations. Overall, Jobber has been a dependable platform for our company. I would say it has been positive. While it does have its pain points, I would say overall it has been a good experience. Fixing the data/reporting needs and the ability to have different options on quoting would put it as great.

Pros

Simplicity for new technicians to learn the system quickly, and be effective faster. They can often learn most of what they need to know in two days or less.

Cons

The lack of reporting is disappointing. It could be so much better. The data is obviously there, but there is no easy way to get to the many reports I would like to know. The ability to customize reports or data pulls would be very useful.

Very good. I have no hesitation recommending them to someone. I have built my service business around this CRM and have not regretted it. Lots of room to grow with these powerful tools. Adopting this early meant good systems were in place to scale my business. has made it streamlined and each year it get better.

Pros

Pretty much a one stop shop. A few minor annoyances, but I looked at a lot of other options and was most compatible for my business needs. I love how they are constantly making it better.

Cons

While integrated with Zapier, some of the default settings don't work when a zap does the task making for some busy work tasks to clean up.

is a great program that makes the sale process run smooth. From sending quotes, getting approval, paying deposits all in one convenient platform. This makes the sales process easy, which is a key part for customers to continue to come back

Pros

Its very user friendly. All features are in one place. Mobile app is VERY well done The scheduling feature makes planning a breeze, especially for a large team of installers.

Cons

The invoice integration to QuickBooks can be clunky at times, which leads to less trust in the system. Randomly we will have a deposit not apply to a payment.

The reporting feature could be better, but it's not so bad that I would take away a star from their review!

Pros

GUI is great and very easy to use. Scheduling and invoicing is very easy and allows clients to book jobs electronically as well as pay invoices and approve quotes electronically. Customer support is live and great. Rarely have to deal with bugs and always updating for the better

Cons

Reporting could be more robust but they do keep improving it. Other than that is an overall strong offering and cheaper than a lot of competitors.

So far we are happy. Again on boarding and customer service/support hasn’t been good at all. However the program works very well and had lots of nice features.

Pros

Since using we’ve increased our productivity like crazy! We are on top of follow ups and were able to schedule more calls as we are more organized and efficient.

Cons

When we are out of town and no service the system is a bit buggy. Causing loading pictures and descriptions issues. The on boarding call was very bad as well.

Our overall experience is good and we like that makes updates however it is very expensive and adding the additional marketing suite gets challenging sometimes. Maybe we just need to use it more to get it money worth.

Pros

We enjoy most everything about , I believe they try to do and add everything we need as a service provider company. Jobber has some great features for invoicing or clients from monthly billing to payment plans. Additionally we enjoy the ease of use for our team members. One big item for us as a small company is the ability to adjust and make things happen rather quickly in the app.

Cons

The group texting is not a feature for husband and wife clients, photos are hard to view and cannot download them to view. The ability to add fees such as late fees to invoices or convenience fees for special payment plans are not available. Lastly for a small business it's very expensive to pay in from to receive the discount that didn't include the marketing suite but we make it work as best as we can.

After using Vcita and Square, after testing HouseCall Pro, Zenmaid & others, is the best bang for your buck. We use the grow plan where we can have up to 15 users, manage all of their schedules and maintain our efficient, reliable service, all from one spot.

Pros

I like for it's vast offerings including full schedule management, invoicing, follow-up details - it's the best CRM I have used as a cleaning business owner.

Cons

We like least about that the application is very inconsistent. We encourage our friends who work on teams to keep communication strong as the application may have you second guessing things here & there.

I truly love that job. It has given me so much of my time back and I don’t have to worry. I love the scheduling feature more than anything

An incredibly positive experience over the last year that we’ve used . And we feel like we’re constantly getting better and more enhancements and benefits without having to upgrade constantly.

Pros

Customer support is well done and instantaneous. We love that job or listens to its customers and it’s constantly improving with valuable and relevant improvements to the system. We also enjoy the seamless integration from beginning to end of the entire booking process with our clients. As well, being able to use the AI receptionist, marketing suite, and other enhancements has allowed us to grow exponentially.

Cons

Nothing that we like least. It’s been wonderful overall. The system and abilities help us be successful.

What I most like about is the job timer it has helped in so many ways! From billing to allowing the ability to see actually profitability on each project.

Cons

I don't like that as an admin you can't see who is clocked in when and where through the app. This would be very beneficial to manage people while being in the field.

Pros

It keeps my entire business in one place that's all connected. I literally couldn't do the amount of business I do without it. When I started back in 2019 I did 1/3 of the business I do now.

I don't really have any complaints. Sometimes my team in the field has issues on their phone but they are usually resolved easily.

Pros

The customer service team is always available and extremely helpful. They have been able to solve any issues. I’ve had quickly and help create a smoother operating company.

We do not like the routing system. It does not provide the quickest route that are scheduled for a day.

Great tool, I love it and my onboarding team is wonderful. I also feel like I haven't ran into any bugs or issues that would affect operations. I've also been much more efficient at monitoring and tracking my workers.

Pros

This helped me get my field service crew and camera roll organized, was easy to use, and really boosted my revenue. I'm happy to pay for this tool every month because it works reliably and the customer support team is patient, knowledgeable, and effective. My customers love when we let them know we are on the way to the appointment and they always complement how thorough and professional my estimates and invoices are.

Cons

I wish it allowed videos and AI features like company cam has. I find that photos are helpful, but being able to manage video and other media in an easier way would really solve the other field service management issue of memorializing, archiving, or simple CYA for doing walk throughs before work begins or during estimates.

wasn't using a lot of their apps/features and they required too much customization. I didn't even know FSM software was what I needed until I bought this tool.

### "The Best Investment We’ve Made for Our Service Business"

Overall, has been worth the investment. It has helped us stay organized, look more professional, and improve cash flow. If you run a service-based business and want to simplify scheduling and invoicing while improving customer experience, Jobber is a solid choice.

Pros

has completely streamlined our HVAC business. Before using it, we were juggling paper invoices, text messages, and spreadsheets. Now everything lives in one place — scheduling, estimates, invoicing, payments, and client communication. The scheduling feature is incredibly easy to use, and I love how I can see our entire week at a glance. Creating professional estimates and converting them to invoices takes seconds, which makes us look more organized and polished to customers. Clients also love the online payment option — we get paid faster and spend less time chasing down invoices. The automation features (reminders, follow-ups, and invoice notifications) have saved us so much time. It truly feels like having an extra office assistant.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve in the beginning, especially when setting up workflows and customizing templates. Some features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be tough for smaller businesses just starting out. I’d also love to see even more customization options for invoices and reporting.

### "Jobber Review"

Overall, has been a great, user-friendly platform. The platform is easy to navigate and easy to train new hires on. The client life cycle matches so well will our company's work flow. Jobber support is quick to reply and problem solve. There are only a few industry-specific features I wish Jobber had to match more closely with the workflow of some of our projects. Overall, Jobber is a great platform and I would recommend it to other companies.

Pros

is very user friendly. The customer life cycle in Jobber is clear and easy to navigate. You can quickly view a client, quotes, the schedule, etc. from any page. The customer support is quick to reply and very helpful. Jobber also listens to the feedback we give and has made improvements to the platform based on user feedback.

Cons

There are a few things that does not do. For ongoing projects, the only way to keep track of those is by using the notes under the client's profile and by creating additional visits. It would be helpful if there was a way to track the progress of a project aside from visits alone, as there are aspects of our projects that do not necessitate a "visit." There is also no way to create a change order after a quote or job has been changed.

It is very good for schedualling that rols over to invoicing. the reports are very good. the customer service is very helpful when needed.

Pros

As a pest control company we find to be a great software for tracking which service was conducted with chemical tracking of which and how much pestisides were used and where. Jobber is efficiant and user friendly. It is easy to useand it is very acomodating. Jobber is an office assitant in many areas of office work. Including making apointments and scheduling the week with an option to cancel and rescesule to a difernt day. invoicing with details. The work description is AI generated that makes it very proffesinal. The billing service is great. They keep on upgrading the sytem with more and better features. This is all for a minimul fee for the amuont of features that it offers.

Cons

not enough room to write notes. or to scheduale tasks for te sake of personnel reminders. there should be a separate task board where I can write notes for my daily schedule without enering into the system

### "Fantastic CRM"

I have encouraged many fellow business owners to get . The flow of information about clients and jobs and payments flows without interruption and helps us to stay on top of tasks with ease and speed. The app is amazing and keeps our guys in the field connected and able to communicate efficiently with the office.

Pros

allows me to stay organized and keeps me from losing track of payments or clients' correspondence. One of the things I love most about Jobber is that it is always changing by adding features that make using it easier and more efficient. I couldn't operate my business without it.

Cons

I honestly wish that it had been easier to integrate CallRail for incoming calls. Other than that, all of the native features have been amazing and continue to improve.
