Jobber is a great program that makes the sale process run smooth. From sending quotes, getting approval, paying deposits all in one convenient platform. This makes the sales process easy, which is a key part for customers to continue to come back

Pros

Its very user friendly. All features are in one place. Mobile app is VERY well done The scheduling feature makes planning a breeze, especially for a large team of installers.

Cons

The invoice integration to QuickBooks can be clunky at times, which leads to less trust in the system. Randomly we will have a deposit not apply to a payment.

Overall we are content and enjoy all the upgrades being done to the software. The team at Jobber is constantly improving and willing to listed to the feedback of their clients.

Pros

I like the ability to be able to connect all of our branches under one login and we can all collaborate on our offerings. The platform is smooth, easy to use, invoicing is done within and minimal bugs.

Cons

The lead sourcing data tracking is difficult and doesn't transfer across the different "fields" like customer, quote, job, etc. Customer support is also a bit slower than you'd expect in some scenarios.

Our overall experience with Jobber has been very positive. It has become an essential tool in helping us run our dive service more efficiently and professionally.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is automation. Jobber handles customer communication through automated emails and reminders, which keeps clients informed without us needing to spend extra time in the office. This is especially helpful when we’re out in the field or underwater and can’t respond right away. The AI receptionist is another major benefit. Since we’re often unavailable to answer calls during dives, it ensures we never miss potential customers. It captures inquiries and helps us follow up quickly, which has improved our responsiveness and professionalism. We also appreciate how easy it is for customers to upload photos. This allows us to assess jobs ahead of time, provide more accurate quotes, and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth. It also helps us document before-and-after results, which builds trust with our clients. Overall, Jobber helps us stay organized with scheduling, job tracking, and customer management. It saves time, reduces manual work, and allows us to focus more on delivering quality dive services instead of handling administrative tasks.

Cons

Credits and refunds can get clunky, especially when you’re juggling multiple jobs, partial payments, or rescheduled dive work. Credits often sit “detached” from specific jobs, so it’s not always obvious where they came from.

Jobber has been amazing overall. The support is amazing and I can tell in the future there will be more improvements as time comes

Asking for reviews after jobs have completed that has helped us gain so many google reviews. We went from 13 to 75+ reviews in 6 months

Cons

I don’t like the options for quote writing. I would like a hierarchy that could group multiple options but the client can only pick one. Also it not to be locked to the bottom of the quote it can be placed anywhere in the quote

Jobber has been a strong operational backbone for our company. It keeps everything organized from first contact to payment. It’s not perfect on customization or advanced reporting, but for day to day workflow and team coordination it delivers. It helps us stay efficient and close more jobs with less friction.

Pros

Clean, simple interface that my team can use without training. Quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and client communication are all in one place. Optional line items in quotes are a strong sales tool. The client hub and automated reminders improve close rates and reduce back and forth. Mobile app works well in the field.

Cons

Limited flexibility once a quote is approved. Optional items can’t easily be added later without a new quote. Reporting and financial tracking are basic. Some integrations require workarounds. Phone and form tracking attribution is not native and needs external tools.

We started with Jobber when we were growing. It has grown and gotten so much more user-friendly over time, it just fits for us.

Pros

Jobber is like a third hand to me! It is where everything is related to our customers. Scheduling the customer is easy. Adding to the customer's file is easy to do. Invoicing and quotes are user-friendly, too. The quick customer support is great when in the middle of an issue, and I can call for immediate answers. I cannot imagine getting through a day, let alone an hour, without Jobber.

Cons

Campaigns in the marketing Suite. The customers I want the campaign geared toward are tricky to get right.

Pros

I appreciate the fact that Jobber has a lot of different features. Quoting and invoicing, marketing and reminders, scheduling and more. I also appreciate that the company is trying to do the most for their customers, as proven through their community, events they run, and grants.

Cons

The reporting feature could be better, but it's not so bad that I would take away a star from their review!
