Pros

We love the ability to invoice and customers easily and provide job details and scheduling. The support from the jobber team is quick and efficient.

Cons

no cons we love jobber as our main software. We have tried many softwares but none of them encapsulated all our needs until jobber.

I don't have that many bad things to say about the platform but if I had to pick one I would say, if the platform can be more affordable like other companies.

Overall my experience has been great! I'm new to the home services space and Jobber has helped make the transition easy and profitable!

Pros

The software is very intuitive and easy to use. The flow from creating a prospect to a quote to a job to in invoice is easy and logical and makes for a great customer experience as well. The payment options make it so simple for my customers to pay their bills and for me to get paid quickly for jobs.

Cons

I'd like to be able to run multiple timers at the same time. The current timing features make it difficult for me to determine how long we are spending on jobs when completing multiple jobs at the same time.

It has been awesome and I always let other people know how user friendly it is and how it can save people a ton of time! I love the online job form as well.

Pros

Our customers love it and it keeps me organized. Before this I was doing one and paper and it was not a good move at all

Cons

New updates are sometimes a little hard to understand and when we are busy and here’s an update it adds a little frustration

Use this tool daily to help navigate the business. As a Comfort Advisor I like to look at the history on what all we have done for the client prior to my visit to be educated on their needs/wants.

Very user friendly CRM tool. Provides our company with everything that we need to operate. Very straight forward and easy to use.

Cons

Can't think of anything negative with the CRM. It does exactly what we need it to do. You get out of it exactly the effort that you put into it.

I’ve been with Jobber for I believe 3 years or more and I’ve only had one issue and it was rectified immediately. The software is user friendly and my clients I’ve it they say it sets me apart from my competitors.

It’s has your business organized and my clients compliment the notifications and how everything is simple and through the app.

Hard to say works well for me the only thing I can think of is for the chemical part if it lets you put multiple products at once

Pros

I like the scheduling part of jobber and how easy it is to get directions on it. I wish it had options in the settings to use a preferred gps

Cons

The invoicing part. And progress payments is what I least like because if I record a payment it closes out the job

Easy to use and schedule jobs. I can track all ours jobs and see easily when they have been paid or if they are late.

Cons

All the sales emails I receive from Jobber. I receive multiple emails a day from jobber to sign up for classes.

Pros

How you can shape it to your bussines, by setting your quotes, schedule almost at the same time you get a request.

Cons

Bugs and issues information is a bit too much, it would be better to inform them once a week or by weekly.

Pros

We've had a great overall experience. We would highly recommend their line of products for anyone in the service industry.

Pros

Jobber is incredible. We enjoy using all of the features that it has to offer. With a million things going on in the business we look back at it sometimes and say to ourselves. There's no way we could have done this without jobber. They help us organize and keep things flowing through the process as it should.

Cons

They left it all out on the table and there wasn't much that we could critique. I think they had an update once where I didn't have access to everything I wanted for at least a minute.

Pros

I love the ease of being able to do the estimate scheduling and job scheduling - and the automatic reminders are a life saver so that you dont lose out on opportunities for forgetting to follow up!

Cons

price is high - I do wish it was more affordable for smaller businesses - I have referred out several times but the smaller businesses cant afford it - but they need it to grow

It’s been a great overall experience I also love the new quoting options it’s been helping us get bigger quote’s approved.

Pros

The invoicing and scheduling is my favorite part about jobber were able to easily book clients on weekly or bi weekly scheduling and get paid the same day.

Cons

1 thing I’d like to see is a way to get all of my clients with a certian zip code organized and put on a schedule For 1 day. Ideally I’d like to be able to type in all of my clients with a 30132 zip code and schedule them all on the same day or two to help improve my route density.

Good, for what we use it for, jobber is a good use for a crm. I would recommend to home service companies.

Pros

Easy for techs to use, fairly affordable for what it does, easy to use for customers so that they can keep up to date on what goes on in their homes.

Cons

It doesn’t do a few things like label customers, for do no service customers, people who don’t pay, etc. doesn’t track service club memberships very efficiently

The support system is fantastic. Any issue that comes up, the have an answer for. They also take my suggestions for improvement.

the route optimization feature needs improvement. There is great potential for this feature however, currently it is not very user friendly

### "Best Decision we made as a Roofing Company"

It was a tough transition, but we did it in only a few months. From being an entirely paper company, to nearly 100% online. Jobber support has been a blessing throughout this time too, they're great. I haven't had to contact them now for some time. Setup was extremely simple, and the amount of time you'll save as a team is the most valuable thing. It's eliminated extra leg work, and makes it easy for everyone (for us a team of 50+ - in field and office) to communicate and keep notes updated. Everyone is on the same page.

Pros

It's simple. For those companies that use a "pipeline method" to move jobs along from step A-Z like we do (construction). Makes it seamless, you know who's going and when, everyone can add notes in or any important detail. You can connect external apps to automate certain processes to eliminate the leg work. Another feature we really love is the follow up - you send an estimate to the customer and it will follow up with them how ever many times over X number of days. Beats making all those phone calls! We also like how the customers have their own individual hubs and can view open invoices or work orders and estimates.

Cons

Initially there were some lowish ACH daily limits, they've since increased that which is great for a company our size. We can get those funds faster! Unless you use the software this wont make sense. But if you collect a payment in a customer account, if you categorize it as a "Deposit" you cant freely move this payment to whatever invoice from the outside. You need to go into an invoice, edit it, and collect it from there. It's more of an inconvenience. So what I do is just collect all checks as a "payment" instead of a "deposit" to make it faster. When you collect a payment as a "deposit" DURING the process of signing and approving a quote, you don't have the issue I am speaking about above. The PRO's heavily outweigh any cons though with jobber.

We literally came from PAPER - that's not an option in your dropdown here. But Paper and Dropbox. We've come a LONG way. If you're scared of the PRICE - don't be. We have a pretty large company and so it's costing us a bit more. You're charged per user. WELL WORTH IT. We're saving more using jobber.

Pros

As a small business owner trying to get started, Jobber has been great! Every time I contact Jobber, they give me the utmost attention to my detailed questions and make sure that I am comfortable moving forward, and I truly appreciate that!

Pros

Fantastic way to organize and make your business grow. Does the back-end admin work so you can focus on servicing your clients and gives a very professional image.

Cons

There is one landing page only. I was hoping to be able to have a few QR codes and have each of them lead back to a different landing page.

Pros

We love Jobber. It’s the best tool out there for solopreneurs who need to be in three places at once!

Cons

I don’t like that the Jobber reviews do not sync with Google reviews. Clients are coming to Jobber to review us, they are often searching online and google nine times out of 10.

### "There & Back Again"

Our business used Jobber in 2021. We found over the course of that year that there were several features that we needed which were not part of Jobber. We loved the support and general model of the software, but the particular features were critical for us. So we were forced to leave for 2022 & 2023. We stayed in contact though, and eventually found our way back in 2024 once the features we needed were added! Now, we are here to stay!

Pros

Jobber is ALWAYS improving! They are continuously working to find ways to improve the software to add value to our business.

Cons

Sometimes features can take a long time to develop.
