Wonderful. I have really enjoyed using the platform these past six months. Our company is new and I'm the one doing almost everything so when it comes time to do paperwork it's simple and makes my job fast. I need good systems and this is one of my favorite ones.

Pros

It's simple to use and I love the digital quote. They are really nice.

Cons

How it integrates withe Quickbooks. It's always 1 cent off and I have to go check everything on each invoice.

Cons

The least thing we like about jobber is the option to send attachments through jobber messaging.

I'm very pleased with my overall experience with Jobber. I started using Jobber since day one of opening my cleaning business which kept me organized from the start.

Pros

Jobber keeps me and my company organized with scheduling, time tracking and job notes. I use it for all of my invoicing and client reminders as well.

Cons

I wish I knew how to use all the features available to me with my plan. I've got a lot to learn yet!

There hasn’t been anything I can say negative about jobber so far, every issues we’ve had has been remedied in a timely manner.

The software does a great job managing our client list, invoicing, and schedule.

Cons

Notes do not communicate across all areas of a client's account. Also, that appointments can be scheduled in various ways and the changes do not communicate across those different ways

Pros

I enjoy the scheduling part of Jobber including the ability for my cleaners to clock in and out on their jobs.

Cons

I wish there was a tier that would make it more affordable for people like me who only use minimal items on the site. But you do get a lot included if you use more features than I use.

Jobber handles my scheduling, quoting, follow ups, invoicing, customer communication.....literally everything.

Pros

The ease of use and customer support. Having everything in one place makes my daily operations very efficient.

Cons

Always the cost, even though for what you get it is reasonable. Some of the apps have functions I'd like to change but that's no fault to jobber.

Pros

Simple invoicing and the best value available for this type of product. The website is great and customizability makes everything look really clean.

Cons

The app is borderline useless and hard to navigate. Functionality compared to the browser version is so much worse it doesn’t feel like the same program.

I feel more organized and professional. Quicker response to and from clients. Love that the employees can see their schedule on the app.

Pros

I love Jobber! We have been in business over 30 years and wish I would have done this sooner. I don't know where to start - Everything in one place. Texts to clients, pictures, invoices, EVERYTHING. Not to mention great support and training. Better prices when clients pay with credit card or ACH, notices, campaigns. The list goes on.

Cons

You can to the same thing from several different windows and it can be confusing. Would like to be able to add multiple days a bit easier. So far I do it day by day but there could be an easier way and I just haven't had time to look into it.

Overall, customer is excellent and the experience is fabulous, I received great one and one support when setting things up and great assistance with selecting software.

Pros

I enjoy the overall software directory and the ability to use and differentiate software options on features and pricing. Very user friendly.

Cons

Emails extensive but I am fine it gives me updates to review was is current and trending. Not a problem at all I can always store them in a folder for later review. I always want to be informed about things pretaining to building and expanding my business to be honest. I am new to jobber so I am grateful.

Overall i would say that my experience with Jo ber has been pretty good. A few hiccups on both ends but overall good performance.

Pros

Its clean and user friendly, and the app works great! The price was fitting for what i needed at the time too.

Cons

The lack of offline and self sevice options can become pretty frustrating. Especially when on the road.

it has been great and overall a game changer for my business. People get the perception that it is a multi-crew company because of the texting and emailing capabilities.

Pros

The ease of operations. I am a one-man band and i can run service calls and installs, collect payment, document expenses and send receipts all while on site.

the cost of adding users. i have sub-contractors that would be nice to add to share projects and schedules.

The whole experience has been a big help with building and developing the business. The interactions with your software developers, the interviews that I have had, and even the little gifts you give show me that you care about your customers and inspires me to do the same for mine.

Pros

The Invoices are easy to create and develop. I also appreciate that you can save line items in order to build an invoice and quote more easily in the future.

Cons

The jump from Lite to Core in price is difficult to make and justify for a small business. I just don't have the bandwidth right now for all the other features, yet I know that I will need them in the near future. So, considering a $40 increase per month seems a little steep to me right now.

been a very great learning experience especially with the big jobber event, i was able to attend and get more insightful info

Pros

being able to setup client information, to send them quotes for their needs. even schedule out appointments on the calendar and invoices. to add to it helping with a website has been a big part as well

Cons

somewhat a lack of explanations with a few features and how they are used. starting out somethings stood out more than others, as i started using things like request i didn't fully understand it them at first

My overall experience with Jobber has been exceptional. From onboarding to product walkthroughs, invitations for user feedback and product testing, and consistency of service. I would recommend them to others.

Pros

Jobber's meticulous attention to practical details that add great value to users in the service industry is second to none. They are continuously updating their offerings with fair pricing for service packages.

Cons

Some service options are paywalled and could be approached more inclusively, with the option to test additional service package offerings at no extra cost for a temporary timeline to test adoption of value by a growing business.

Pros

The ease of having everyone's information in one space. Being able to do all necessary tasks easily.

Cons

quickbooks integration and sync can cause an issue. I used this with another company and it took me about 6 months to clean up the errors.

Overall, I like jobber, but I feel like there can be still improvements made to it for snow removal. Where we can route our snow clients like we do for mowing clients and name them plowing and salting or salting and walks only.

Pros

The route and map view is very helpful when routing my mowing route. The invoice is very nice, like that it tells me what invoices past due and which client are it is.

Cons

How it is set up to do snow removal routes you have to put them in zones instead of putting them in a route like I do for mowing.
