### "Would Definitely Recommend"

We started with Jobber about 3-3.5 years ago and it was good but nothing like it is now. They have made so many improvements over the past year that have been amazing.

Pros

Love how simple it is and all the improvements they have made in the last year.

Cons

I always complain about the timer. It never works consistently. Being able to call and not get a callback is newer. When we first joined, I was always able to call and get a person that answered the phone. I do like that they have a system where you can have the option to get a callback and don't have to wait on the phone for someone to answer.

### "Jobber - Great for Service Contractors"

Jobber is great, however it is more niche, and is certainly not a "One shoe fits all" platform. You will need to utilize other software to manage gross receipts.

Pros

Jobber has been wonderful for my clients tree and debris removal business. It's the perfect CRM and Job manager for services contractors

Cons

Jobber can be pretty limited in terms of customizable features. Jobber doesn't promote the user to build the platform to fit their business needs, as opposed to running off of a more "Templated" system.

### "First Year in Jobber"

This is our first year with Jobber and we have really been able to move faster and get things done easier than our old program. We do not regret moving to Jobber and plan to stay with them for a long time. So far major improvements for us over our last CRM.

Pros

It brought all of the programs into one program. From invoice to Quotes and even inter staff communication.

Cons

The GPS integration is lacking and does not really help us track the fleet.

Using Jobber has been a game-changer for business. I will likely upgrade the business plan to the next level to enable more features.

Pros

Jobber is professional for both the customer and business owner. The Client Hub is a game changer by giving customers 24/7 access to their invoice history, quotes, and before and after photos. The follow-up review and quote options are also a bonus.

Cons

Prices are in USD, even though it is a Canadian-based company. Building recurring membership plans for customers takes time and can be confusing.

I think your app is great but needs some work. I left Quickbooks to use someone that has something easier to use!!

Pros

You can invoice while on the job with the customer

Cons

The jobs and customers are so confusing to use. I have to show that I have been to the job and the customer gets a email. Then I have to create a job then invoice then payment. It should be a straight forward motion when invoicing. The time sheets are confusing to use, therefore I have not use it yet. I need more training with a live agent and not a following along tutorial.

### "Banner loves Jobber"

Absolutely amazing for my first CRM. Great team to deal with, great experience with my crew and using it in the day to day work life.

Pros

Customer service, product makes it extremely easy to communicate with customers.

Cons

There are limitations that make things challenging on the app like scheduling jobs, scheduling new jobs, switching appointment with customers. I live in Washington state and there are no tax rates and tax codes. Converting these jobs into quickbooks makes things challenging and creates more work.

The Jobber team is incredibly helpful and always so nice to speak with. I message them quite often with questions about the system or may need help with something, and I always get my problem or question resolved in a timely manner.

Cons

Nothing at all, the entire Jobber team is great and the system is very easy to use. I would recommend Jobber to anyone!

Overall jobber is easy to use and has lots of great features does what it says it will and is a great option for business

Pros

It's easy to use and love that it integrates with QuickBooks to make all side of the business run smoothly.

Cons

It's a little on the pricey side. And I wish it had more ways to customize ect make different client types for residential and commercial.

Over all I like that it captures all ur customers information. To be able to use for future marketing. Also keeping track of are roi. The app pays for itself because it makes it so easy to accept payment. You can see the work that you have done alreaady when u have repeat business. Costomer text you throu the app. It’s saved so me y hrs of paper work

What I like most is being able to keep track of all my jobs. People can call in a year later and we will know who they are. Also being able to cash out credit card payments same day is convenient

To be honest I don’t have anything bad to say . They been pretty consistent with me.

### "Great client management app"

Jobber is the reason all my client info is up to date, organized, and at my fingertips. I'm on a jobsite 99% of the time, so that doesn't leave much time for paperwork.

Pros

Jobber is very easy to use. I can set up a client and estimate a job on my laptop, then change things later on my phone.

Cons

I am a remodeler, so when I "quote" a job, often it is an estimate. I really need to be able to put price ranges instead of exact amounts.

My experience with Jobber has been phenomenal! There always seems to be an issue with tech but jobber has been so smooth and easy to work with.

Pros

I love how jobber is constantly innovating and adding features to help make running my business easier.

Cons

I wish there is more flexibility around creating quote templates. I write a lot of the exact same quotes and it would save time if the quote template feature expanded.

### "Jobber Changed My Company"

It has made my company better and more known. You have someone be there for you when you do not understand something. Even though the entire program is so self explanatory.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use Jobber. I love how many things I can do to help my business, with just using one platform. I collect payments, I do invoices, I sent out campaigns and do marketing on Jobber. I have all my customers neatly in my system and I know exactly where I need to go to find any info I need on my customer. Not to mention that my crew has the app on their phone. So when I add a job, my guys get that right away. I can go on and on about how great this platform is. I highly recommend it.

Cons

Nothing!!!! I love everything I can use with Jobber. My reviews have went up so much since I joined jobber AND to my plan, I added the marketing and campaign. I absolutely love it!!!!!!!!

I would say the experience has been ok, it would be higher if we could get more help resolving the tracking issue. Apparently it isn't high on Jobber's priority list given the lack of follow up/resolution on the issue.

Pros

I like the workflow/job request process. It helped streamline the intake of customer information and the process of providing a quote. I also like the ease of scheduling jobs and communicating with the customers.

Cons

The lack of being able to add tracking codes to the request form is my biggest complaint. I struggle to understand why a CRM solution would not offer the ability to track lead sources in an effective manner. Our attempts to work with our rep to resolve the issue were unproductive. Ultimately it may force us to move to another CRM solution.

Pros

I really like how user friendly jobber is. Jobber has made starting this plumbing company a easy learning experience.

Cons

I wish there was a way to do multiple bids with multiple line items on one quote. There probably is a way I’m just un aware at this time.
