Pros

I have been using fir years and I mt helps me stay oraginze. I can keep a crm email clients fo a mass email marketing. I can also keep track of book keeping

Cons

The new qoute templates. Ithwr then that I like it. I wish i could measure areas of roof or powerwash like quite i qu. Or map like house call pro.

### "Great client management app"

is the reason all my client info is up to date, organized, and at my fingertips. I'm on a jobsite 99% of the time, so that doesn't leave much time for paperwork.

Pros

is very easy to use. I can set up a client and estimate a job on my laptop, then change things later on my phone.

Cons

I am a remodeler, so when I "quote" a job, often it is an estimate. I really need to be able to put price ranges instead of exact amounts.

has changed my life. I went from working 16 hours a day to working under five.

Pros

I love everything about especially how they constantly upgrading and protecting their amazing product.

Cons

I think that there’s nothing I really don’t like about one thing I would recommend is that when rescheduling customers in the Matt view. There should be an option to unschedule the appointment without giving a date. because often when we have bad weather I don’t have a specific spot to put them in yet I’d like to unscheduled them and get back to them when I have a date. simply unschedule the job appointments.

The mobile app is also a great asset, enabling us to manage schedules and invoices on the go, which enhances our responsiveness to client needs. Overall, Jobber has boosted our operational efficiency, allowing us to focus more on delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Cons

Implementing a stripe color-coding system in 's schedule would significantly enhance immediate visibility of team member assignments when there are multiple team member's assigned.

Overall is easy to use and has lots of great features does what it says it will and is a great option for business

Pros

It's easy to use and love that it integrates with QuickBooks to make all side of the business run smoothly.

Cons

It's a little on the pricey side. And I wish it had more ways to customize ect make different client types for residential and commercial.

It's great to have a central spot for all business activities that the whole team can see.

Cons

It takes too long to get your money from payments and the fee's are a little too high. Also, make the business address auto populate like the project address.

### "Jobber Is A Great CRM"

Overall has been instrumental in growing my business.

Pros

Now that is expanding the marketing end of the software its very solid. I have and do suggest it to anyone without a CRM.

Cons

Only complaint I have with is the lack of commission-based sales reporting for my sales guys. Year over year reporting is also an issue. If there is a weak link reporting, is it for Jobber

I have used since 2018 with two different businesses. It is perfect for the smaller businesses that need to have the capability of online scheduling, but aren’t big enough for Service Titan or the like

Pros

Th ease of using the desktop and app software, the ability to get information to the guys in the field and the ease of contacting support when needed.

Cons

I wish it was all inclusive software with bookkeeping

My experience with has been phenomenal! There always seems to be an issue with tech but jobber has been so smooth and easy to work with.

Pros

I love how is constantly innovating and adding features to help make running my business easier.

Cons

I wish there is more flexibility around creating quote templates. I write a lot of the exact same quotes and it would save time if the quote template feature expanded.

It has made my company better and more known. You have someone be there for you when you do not understand something. Even though the entire program is so self explanatory.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use . I love how many things I can do to help my business, with just using one platform. I collect payments, I do invoices, I sent out campaigns and do marketing on Jobber. I have all my customers neatly in my system and I know exactly where I need to go to find any info I need on my customer. Not to mention that my crew has the app on their phone. So when I add a job, my guys get that right away. I can go on and on about how great this platform is. I highly recommend it.

Cons

Nothing!!!! I love everything I can use with . My reviews have went up so much since I joined jobber AND to my plan, I added the marketing and campaign. I absolutely love it!!!!!!!!

For the most part it’s a decent system. Occasionally we have technical issues. But overall easy to use once you get used to it.

Pros

Multiple tasks can be completed in one system. Scheduling, quotes, invoices, and data base for clients.

Cons

A lot of the better functions seem to be add ons, and seem a little overpriced for what they can do.

Pros

Easy to use, always updating and making it better, quickbooks integration, great software!

Cons

A little pricey, but worth it. I would also like it so that my employees can contact clients directly without having all the permissions.

Switched from

was better suited to handle the complicated schedule so that everyone could see it, and in real time. Also, pricing is link to jobs so it saved me a ton of time in billing!

I love the platform/system integration with my business. My business just went from paper to platform/system. This will eliminate clutter.

Pros

scheduling and booking can be done on App directly in Client's home or on the computer. Jobber is cost convenient, too.

Cons

It would have been nice to have had a handbook to research topics but being computerized eliminates clutter.

Great! I am super happy with . There is no "perfect" resource that meets every need. However Jobber comes pretty close :)

Pros

User friendly and simple format make it easy to navigate and keep things organized. I also like the pricing.

Cons

So far the scheduling and calendar have not been the best. But that may just be because I haven't taken more time to learn it.
