I have encouraged many fellow business owners to get . The flow of information about clients and jobs and payments flows without interruption and helps us to stay on top of tasks with ease and speed. The app is amazing and keeps our guys in the field connected and able to communicate efficiently with the office.

Pros

allows me to stay organized and keeps me from losing track of payments or clients' correspondence. One of the things I love most about Jobber is that it is always changing by adding features that make using it easier and more efficient. I couldn't operate my business without it.

Cons

I honestly wish that it had been easier to integrate CallRail for incoming calls. Other than that, all of the native features have been amazing and continue to improve.

### "Great choice for a landscaping business"

Overall, seems to be a great tool for managing a landscaping business, however, snow removal side can be significantly improved (as described above).

Pros

The ability to schedule jobs and invoicing at the same time. It is easy to use during the rapid change of plans like cancellations.

Cons

We practically don't use for snow removal which seems like we are overpaying during that season. It would be great if scheduling snow removal jobs has an option to choose the order without assigning the timeframe. It will be also good to mark the boundaries of each property and see the crews progress.

Love it! We have been what we call a "Legacy" member from almost the start. We lovre that is local to our area and customer service is top notch. Constant upgrades are incredible!

Pros

Ease of use, never any downtime and well priced. We love the fact that all of our employees once introduced are able to jump right in with little training. Thats how easy and straight forward is! No fluff, all business!

Cons

Lack of color coding certain visits on schedule. Would like to be able to shift colors on the fly for subs to see the visirs easier on desktop.

Our overall experience with has been very positive. It has become the operational core of Brilliant Brothers Services and has allowed us to manage a high volume of work without sacrificing organization or client communication. The platform is stable, easy for staff to learn, and reliable day to day. Scheduling, quoting, and invoicing all work exactly as expected, and the system has helped streamline our workflow as the company has grown. There are areas where deeper customization would be helpful, but none of them outweigh the consistency, ease of use, and overall reliability that Jobber provides.

Pros

has become a central part of our daily operations. Scheduling, quoting, invoicing and communication are all handled in one place, and the system is intuitive enough that new staff can learn it quickly. The quoting and optional-line-item structure is excellent for upsells and flexible service packages. Calendar visibility is strong, routing is straightforward, and the ability to adjust jobs, reschedule, and update clients in real time keeps the whole team aligned. Customer support has consistently been responsive and helpful when needed.

Cons

No platform is perfect, and is no exception. The biggest limitations for us are customization boundaries inside the quote templates and certain workflow areas that don’t go as deep as larger field-service CRMs. For a high-volume exterior cleaning company, we would benefit from more robust production tracking tools and more flexible job type structures. That said, none of these points stop us from using the system effectively.

### "My best friend"

has been a real blessing and as it has grown, it has constantly kept up with technology. And also kept up with all new services that are available.

Pros

i’ve been with for several years couldn’t tell you exactly but I believe at least 8 to 9 years. I started my company by myself and Jobber was my partner, employee, and best friend and has just gotten better from there now that I have four trucks and 12 employees.

Cons

What I like the best was the scheduling automatically and how my foreman can download an app and know what they need to do on a daily basis and if I need to add notes, I can do that so I can scale my company better spend more time with my children

### "We hope jobber keeps listening to customers"

Jobbers improved alot and their service and research has been good. They are so close to 5 stars for that reason.

Pros

The interface is very friendly and easy to use most of the time. Customers seem to like how easy it is on their end. Customer support on has been always easy to access and they do alot of surveys and updates, which has been a major reason why we stick with them. We also like the online booking feature and it helps our estimator by making the route more efficient. Rarely are bugs happening. Cancelling and Rescheduling a job seems easy.

Cons

There are a few limitations as a large tree company, but it seems as tho is always making improvements. We don't like that we have to pay for more users than we already do. it's just not worth it. It's hard to access job forms for billing purposes. Alot of clicking around. The schedule is messy. We wish we could put in the equipment, not just the people. and that you could toggle it so that people cant be double booked. I also wish i could more easily split up a quote into multiple jobs or a job into multiple invoices.

Pros

What I most like about is the job timer it has helped in so many ways! From billing to allowing the ability to see actually profitability on each project.

Cons

I don't like that as an admin you can't see who is clocked in when and where through the app. This would be very beneficial to manage people while being in the field.

### "A must for Independent Home Service Providers"

Before , we were using 16 different apps/software services to run our day to day operations of our business. After implementing Jobber 13 months ago, we have dropped that number to 7 with Jobber being he main workhorse among them all. Customer support is unmatched, training and transition process was MUCH less painful and time consuming that we thought it would be. Over all, our field staff, administrative staff, and even our client all have good things to say about the Jobber system. Never in my life did I ever think so many clients would praise a SOFTWARE, but it happens at least a couple times a month.

Pros

\- Fair Pricing - Ease of use at all levels for users from Admin, to tech, to client - Online support community - VERY responsive user support - Very little bugs or issues that create downtime (updates are often in the middle of the night on the weekends)

Cons

\- Video uploading not supported in client text feature - Reports can get a bit clunky and take time determining how to run them to give you the data you want

Very happy been with this company for many of years now . Been very reliable program , also has never let me down only for maintenance of course. It helps me write words to sound even more professional & allows me to run the company stress free when it's all scheduled in .

Easy to operate & does everything I need for scheduling our jobs , clients love it & say the service is very professional with emails sent to them & reminders .

Cons

Some of the Settings are hard when sending a job to start & to repeat the job it goes across a lot of days & only want to do certain days & it doubles up & can't find the job to invoice .

Excellent service, excellent product and they respond to the concerns of their customers. I would recommend to anyone with teams in the field and who wants to run a well organized business.

Pros

It keeps my entire business in one place that's all connected. I literally couldn't do the amount of business I do without it. When I started back in 2019 I did 1/3 of the business I do now.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. Sometimes my team in the field has issues on their phone but they are usually resolved easily.

### "Autopilot for your business"

It’s been fantastic for us, from onboarding to scaling! Highly recommend to any home service business who is hesitant to move away from paper - this is jet fuel!

Pros

Keeps our business streamlined without having to think to hard about it. Really hard to let things fall through the cracks since we started using . Also really love the fact that reviews are tied into the system, it’s increased our reviews significantly!

Cons

Process flexibility could be improved but this is also its super power. Things flow the same way each job. Expense management and time management need overhauls, we stopped using these features.

### "Jobber is great!"

Our overall experience with has been great. We rarely run into too many issues that aren't resolved by the amazing customer service team, and when we do run into things that aren't necessarily able to be done, the team does a great job with making sure they do what they can to make the experience a breeze. We are satisfied with the service that we are given based on the subscription we have, and don't think we'll be switching any time soon!

Pros

makes it efficient and easy to put new requests from customers into our system for our clients and our team. The ability to track our revenue has also been crucial, with the ability to have money directly deposited without a second thought. We can't talk enough about how much simpler Jobber has made our day to day tasks, from an initial inquiry to completing payments.

Cons

doesn't really have that many downfalls, but one thing we have experienced is the quality of the plugins and ability to make specific changes to various items. For example, when we were asked to change wording on our submission form, we had to stop using it because there was not the ability to have it changed. While we understand the need to have it one way for the entire area Jobber covers, the ability to customize what we need would be much appreciated.

### "Jobber users for nearly a year!"

Our overall experience with has been great, we've gone from a business doing everything on pen and paper and losing track of things to a much more efficient business, keeping track of everything from when a request comes in to when an invoice is paid. There are things Jobber doesn't do that we wish they did but in less than a year, we have seen really useful things be implemented and been a part of Jobber Labs to give feedback on new features.

Pros

It's completely changed how our business runs, being able to keep on top of everything in one place for me in the office, and for the guys in the field.

Cons

There are a couple of things we wish had the capability to do such as track hours more in depth and log overtime and have limits on Jobber payments but overall, we are happy.

Great tool, I love it and my onboarding team is wonderful. I also feel like I haven't ran into any bugs or issues that would affect operations. I've also been much more efficient at monitoring and tracking my workers.

Pros

This helped me get my field service crew and camera roll organized, was easy to use, and really boosted my revenue. I'm happy to pay for this tool every month because it works reliably and the customer support team is patient, knowledgeable, and effective. My customers love when we let them know we are on the way to the appointment and they always complement how thorough and professional my estimates and invoices are.

Cons

I wish it allowed videos and AI features like company cam has. I find that photos are helpful, but being able to manage video and other media in an easier way would really solve the other field service management issue of memorializing, archiving, or simple CYA for doing walk throughs before work begins or during estimates.

We love ! We love that Jobber is always trying to improve their program. We have a new business manager that reaches out continuously to make sure we are aware of what is new with Jobber and try to offer programs that will help improve our business.

Pros

Easy program to work with. Love how you can customize the program to your business needs. We are new to the marketing program and payment system and we are excited to see how these two new function for our company will help!

Cons

I would love to have more payroll functions for commission pay employees. Commission reports that tie into invoices. Also sales reports for employees. I would like to pull reports individually for our employees to see how they are doing throughout the year. It would also be awesome for our employees to be able to view for themselves how they are doing. We know Jobber has a lot of videos to help with training. Maybe online training with a representative would help out more. It is nice to be able to share screens and do a walk thru training.

What I like most about is the easy payout. I haven’t experienced the Jobber totally because I’m still use the basic CRM. I will be upgrading but don’t know when.

I’ve noticed that most of my clients that I have on reoccurring schedule are not on my schedule when I know I put them on schedule. I’ve been having this issue with . I have two CRMs that I use because I can actually see the two schedules of both CRMs to determine who I have for each day.

Our experience has been phenomenal thus far. Any issue we have customer support has been great at assisting with us.

Pros

We didn’t even realize the vast amount of usages that we could get out of . From sending quotes, time keeping, invoicing, asking for reviews, marketing. You name it they have it. It has been a life saver for our company.

Cons

There are still a few minor details that we do come up against. The forms could be a little more customizable and less clunky but overall the “issues” we have are minor.

Pros

Easy to use, elevated business in seamless running in back ground. very easy to use and implement. Employees love as well

Cons

some of the changes in quotes not a big fan but will learn and move on, sometimes changes come out of nowhere

Id say its been great because i can work around the bugs but would prefer if they kept focusing on making everything simpler.

Pros

Easy to use and helps streamline alot of hard work. I love that you can choose what serviced to use so you can add on as you grow. It has helped alot

Cons

Some stuff was hard to learn to use and could definately use some more info. Like processing payments & adding new workers to the app so they can view their work calendar.

### "Loving jobber"

Five out of five I have sent it to a lot of friends. I think two have signed up already and they were loving it just as much as I am.

Pros

I get to spend a lot more time with my family once I have the job set up my employees can send the bills out and collect payments. It saves me a lot of time.

Cons

I would have to say my clients complain that they are not able to see the bill when I send it to them. They have to click on a link that takes them somewhere else would be nice if it could be set up so when I send it, they can see the whole bill instead of going to different windows.

### "Loving Jobber more and more!"

Overall, is turning out to be an excellent software for service and repair companies!! At first, I was not impressed, but over the years, with constant upgrades, Jobber has become a software I will continue to use and grow with, as well as recommend to service and repair business owners!

Pros

I LOVE THE ACCOUNTING upgrades!!!! I really look forward to working with the Bookkeeping Team! Also looking forward to the job costing/profitability opportunities coming up!!!!

Cons

I am not a fan of the Timesheets. I prefer the previous layout and WISH there was a signature line so I can transfer it into DocuSign and speed my payroll process up!

### "Mostly Pros, a few Cons"

support is very willing to take feedback and pass it to their development team. It is a straightforward CRM that is well-suited for small to mid-sized home service contractors. Would recommend.

Pros

The user interface is easy to learn. The customer support team always responds quickly, and is very helpful. The new split invoicing capability is extremely useful. The dedicated texting add-on is very convenient and well-priced (for our frequent use). Scheduling is easy and visually clear.

Cons

There is no "change log" option to go back in time and determine which users made which changes in ; the activity log is live ONLY, so we are only able to track/view the most recent 100 changes (which for our busy company is only about 2 hours worth of activity). The monthly price per additional user once you have maxed out users (on the top plan) is quite steep. There seem to be frequent bugs or lags that cause Jobber to slow down or time out during the work day, which can be inconvenient. Invoice reports are not as robust and cannot be tailored in a way that would suit our needs. Jobber app (phone) has fewer capabilities than Jobber desktop. Our admin are not always at their desks, and so would be nice if they had more of the desktop options accessible while in the field.

### "Great Support, Real Time Updates"

Overall we are quite happy with how has streamlined our operation and the ease of use for new hires learning both the desktop and app platforms. The ongoing updates have already shown that Jobber listens to our feedback and provides real time improvements to make our lives easier. We can’t imagine having to go back to old school paper work orders after having Jobber these last 9 months.

Pros

The customer support is ’s biggest asset. Being local based makes the company more relatable. Our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] is by far the best part of Jobber. Very responsive and helpful to every inquiry. Having our entire workflow automated and tracked for the life cycle is the biggest benefit to implementing this CRM. It makes tracking hundreds of jobs easy and efficient.

Cons

On the Schedule tool, or when creating a new job, we would LOVE to have the ability to see each Team Member’s availability. This would make scheduling more efficient and ensure we don’t accidentally double book one of our team.
