### "Helpful in managing a small business that is looking to take that "next step""

Overall my experience has been positive. It has helped the management of our small business and has pushed us to be more successful.

Pros

makes scheduling and job management easy. As a small business, it is difficult to track small costs and keep track of miscellaneous items we often forget about. Job costing for time and material jobs makes invoicing smoother and helps us get paid quicker!

Cons

is based out of Canada, so there are policies that apply to our business that do not apply outside of the US (overtime, public works, etc.) These are difficult to manage and have to be manually overridden. It is not difficult, but can often be missed if no paid attention to.

### "Jobber has really jump started our Company!"

I compared 5 different platforms before picking . It was a great decision to implement Jobber. Our workflow is full circle now. Training the field was simple. Sales have increased two-fold already in the first 3 months.

Pros

Easy to use features. The mobile app for crew is just what we needed. Building the catalog was easy and fun. We can now see the details and margins on jobs. Adding better descriptions and pictures to the quote has increased sales. Monthly reporting with Quickbooks integration will be a breeze now.

Cons

The learning curve, beyond the basics, is still a struggle but we are getting better every day. Having a coach for the first 3 months has helped us tremendously.

### "Jobber Makes my Job Possible"

I wouldn't be able to do my job if it wasn’t for . How it can manage customers, billing, and our jobs means we can serve our customers.

Pros

For scheduling multiple technicians multiple jobs a day we couldn't do it without 's schedule. It alloes us to see GPS locations of where the jobs are so we can maximize our technicians' time between jobs.

Cons

Sometimes will go through updates without warning and change the interface. It may be a cosmetic change that does affect the overall functionality but it is annoying to have the apperance change and usually it means more scrolling or clicking through links that we didn't have to do before.

### "Success Made Simple"

Overall it is an excellent system and very user friendly for both the administrators and the employees.

Pros

It is great to be able to keep all job information, expenses, labor hours, and scheduling in real time; it makes the invoicing and collecting process a breeze.

Cons

When you view a photo, initially when we had , you saw just the photo, now there is a large version of the photo in the background and the smaller photo in the center. It is very distracting and makes it harder to look at the photo. Also, there is no way to zoom in on the photos unless you download them and then open them to zoom in. For an otherwise pretty seamless process, this is one area that could really use improvement.

I would recommend to other business owners. Overall jobber has helped to increase the productivity of my business

The convenience, helps to keep my business structured, thus in increasing productivity and profitability. Also the customer support is helpful.

Cons

in my opinion, ’s number one flaw is their mapping system, my business requires me to make 20+ stops a day. The way the map function’s, is very confusing… and make scheduling a real challenge!It just shows my stops, and on the map, it looks like we play connect the dots… the map does not show the exact route, street by street. When adding my stops jobbers GPS software does not show me direct roots through bridges, one ways, or alternate routes… ideally what I wanna do is add all of my stops for the day click “optimize” Thus, putting all of my addresses in the correct order, from beginning to end. The current mapping system is so confusing that it has caused me to backtrack several times, adding several additional hours to my work week! This is the main reason I would switch to a different company, because I use the map every day and it’s the most frustrating thing!

Excellent and plan to use for a long time to come. They are always making improvements and providing value.

Pros

I like the professional presentation it provides to customers. I get several compliments on the job we system from customers regularly. They appreciate the ability to have a client hub that stores all of their projects without having to ask me for the paperwork. Overall the system runs smoothly for me as a small company.

Cons

Up until recently i couldn’t receive multiple payments on one invoice (card payments specifically). But that’s fixed now so I’m happy!

Overall it’s been really good, I used quickbooks before and while it was good for what it was it didn’t have the specific features to my field of work like jobber does. Jobber has allowed my company to grow with less worries of invoicing and money tracking.

Pros

The best part of for my business is being able to plug in job cost and then get your price based off of that cost so your margins are always exactly where you want them. I also have to package that allows routing and it’s a huge game changer being able to set routes for our maintenance work.

Cons

I simply wish that had a system that allowed you to plug in your business budget for each month/ quarter so that the jobber software can help make sure prices for work are also keeping margins where we want them each month/ quarter.

I’ll never use a different CRM. My team and our clients love it. The features are awesome and you’ve evolved so much in the years we’ve been using it. I also love being a brand partner for a software that I feel so passionately about.

Pros

We’ve grown from $250k to $1.2MM using . It automates the most mundane tasks and allows my team a great work/life balance. We no longer have to chase payments and we no longer have to cold call lost leads or beg clients to leave google reviews (we’ve also gone from 100 google reviews to over 400 during this time). It’s truly a one-stop-shop for home service businesses.

Cons

I love it! Only thing I’d change is the AI receptionist seems a little wacky sometimes. I’m sure you guys will mitigate it though since it’s new!

### "Keep up the good work! "

I have been using for several years now and have seen it come a long way as far as functionality, especially over the last year.

Pros

I work for a tree service company in Washington and we use for scheduling, invoicing, client communications and more. It is a very user friendly system and Jobber has added several features in the last while that make it easier for me to do my job. I also love that Jobber is based out of Edmonton, Alberta - my home province!

Cons

There isn't really anything I don't like. If I have to choose something I would say that it has been a bit of an adjustment to get used to the changes as they come out, but in the long-run, it has been worth the brief inconvenience.

Snow has always been the hardest in terms of having a dispatcher. Overall it has been enjoyable and fun learning this software.

Pros

Customer Support and Updates are fantastic. They have done a very good job keeping relevant. I treat Jobber as a "Salesforce" with a cap.

Cons

The marketing, it is all AI. Which in turn means that there are a lot of other websites like yours, which hurts SEO.

Overall decent, but I wish it had more customization, was cheaper and that your top tear customers from the early days were grandfathered into more options without making sacrifices if we shift plans. Honestly I have asked so many of your agents over the years to put in requests for features or fixing issues that I dont bother any more. Only major issue wixed was with zappier and syncing to quickbooks. I had issues where online booked appointments would not sync that days. I honestly would not mind a job to help with these things!

Pros

We left housecall pro after seeing your map scheduling. This was the reason I left housecall pro and moved to .

Cons

Poor control over online booking, I always send a team of two. I am not able to create a custom length of appointment based on multiple people. I would also love to customize the quote based on varius options. I am a house cleaning company and want to know have control over appointment length and pricing based on multiple options. I also hate the issue where a appointment reminders have already been sent and the appointment gets rescheduled it wont send those reminders again. Overly secure, I dont want to log into every 24 hours! Let me stay logged in! I am often doing this on my personal computer and security is not an issues. In addition to that the passwords are saved in my browser. If I am going to be hacked, its on me. Just let me stay logged in! I have plenty of cons and have a list somewhere but sadly cant find it at the moment!

### "Does the job for our plumbing company"

Pros

does a good job keeping our business running smoothly. I can see the schedule for my employee easily. I can keep track of job status so I know when to schedule another visit and when to invoice. So far it has been fairly free of bugs and other issues.

Cons

Where lacks is in the project management side of things. Quick service calls and smaller projects it is great. But managing the plumbing on a new house build, which could last over a year, is not as easy. Overall it does fine but it would be nice to have a high level job with smaller jobs underneath it.

Smooth and easy to write up quotes. I appreciate that they remind me on yearly treatments, and my service is hardly ever interrupted.

Pros

has been great with keeping my business secure, has made quoting jobs, invoicing clients and staying in touch with repeat clients.

Cons

The App has issues on occasions, but I do like that seems to always be trying to approve. I don't think I'd pay more than I pay now, as it's pretty expensive, but for the cost I think it's worth it right now.

### "Jobber is Great and Keeps Improving!"

Great experience overall, helps us run our business very efficiently. Creating requests quotes, jobs, invoices is a breeze.

Pros

GUI is great and very easy to use. Scheduling and invoicing is very easy and allows clients to book jobs electronically as well as pay invoices and approve quotes electronically. Customer support is live and great. Rarely have to deal with bugs and always updating for the better

Cons

Reporting could be more robust but they do keep improving it. Other than that is an overall strong offering and cheaper than a lot of competitors.

Ease of use by far is the top feature. Id say its easy to teach new hires how to use it. Clock in and out is good also.

Cons

Its not intuitive enough Wish more hvac specific features were on there. Why cant we schedule quote as an appointment?

It's been all right, leaning bit towards good but needs improvement. Some of the things can be made really well and better, while others are made well. 3.5/5

Pros

One stop solution for CRM + managing clients, taking payments, messaging and emailing them (although the email functionality is very new).

Cons

Lot of bugs, lot of fixes and recently a lot of downtimes. There are certain aspects which are right there for us to see, and makes sense, but still not being implemented sometimes baffles me. Would love to get on a call with product team to let them know.

Easy to use, easy to learn, and much more to continue to learn about it. is like Excel: anyone can use it for the basics, but mastering it makes it an incredibly valuable resource.

Pros

The support I've had has been very good. I have a direct contact that answers my questions and receives feedback well.

Cons

There's just a few technical things I'd like to see change: I'd like my team to be able to clock into a site visit through a request, because that is paid time even though it's not billable. And I'd like the customer statements to have more options: I'd like to be able to send a report with only outstanding invoices, instead of a whole historical account or exporting individual invoices.

Cons

I have the middle option plan and it dose not have a way for me to send options for quotes i usually have to include it in the same invoice which looks unprofessional. The other issue is the price book. The price book dose not allow me to categorize the different rates i have for different vendors which makes the pricing way less streamlined

It has been good. Their customer service team is very helpful. Always coming up with new ideas to make the overall experience better and make it extremely user friendly!

Pros

Ease of scheduling, creating new jobs, insights and reports. Any issues are quickly addressed. Automations have made follow ups a lot easier. Nice to have google reviews hooked up to .

Cons

Creating multiple invoices, previously invoiced items still pull through onto invoices. If time is entered on timesheet, it does not charge to the job, so line items are required to charge for labour.

Overall we've had a great experience with . It helps our teams be scheduled appropriately and quickly, gives the in field works the ability to changed line items and invoice clients directly. All the continual updates are great too and they keep improving the product.

Pros

Easy platform to use, great for smaller businesses just starting out to help you organize all your needs. Scheduling was very intuitive and it was a great value for the money!

Cons

Working with bigger contractors and multiple change orders gets confusing, but I know they are working on updates to streamline these processes.

We have had a great experience with . It is easy to get a hold of live agents for assitance when needed.

Pros

I love how easy is to use. That is can be uploaded with the app on everyones phone. Quick payments are possible through the app on site. We can track invoices, jobs, estimate and everything in proper order and procdure

Cons

that you can make more the one customer for an address. Guys can complete steps without doing notes or invoicing

It’s great, the app is a little difficult for the guys to use because you have to filter through so many screens to find what you want but the desktop view is good

Pros

The flow between request, quotes adding to job and creating invoice is very simple and flows great with what we do

Cons

I can’t batch send quotes - for instance on a customers profile if they have multiple quotes I have to send them one by one

We love using because it’s truly transformed the way we run our house cleaning business. From keeping our schedule perfectly organized to making client communication quick and professional, Jobber helps us stay on top of every detail. The automation saves us hours each week, which means we can focus more on what matters most — delivering an amazing experience for our clients. It’s like having an extra team member who never takes a day off!

Cons

What we like least about is that a few features feel a bit limiting for how we run our business. For example, we’d love to have feedback surveys sent automatically after each visit for our recurring customers, so we can consistently capture their thoughts without extra steps. Canceling or pausing appointments could also be smoother, especially for clients who need to skip service for a few weeks but stay on our schedule long-term. These aren’t deal-breakers, but improving them would make an already great tool even better.
