I'm able to save money on payroll because Jobber takes the place of a full time office manager.

Pros

Because of what can be done with this software I have been able to trim off many hours of office time from my schedule.

Cons

There are a few functions that I would like to see that are not currently available. I'd like to be able to customize the way my account works a little more (somewhat like the way the Real Green software works).

Easy to use software, keeps us organized. Easy access to client and service history. Makes billing and quoting much quicker.

Cons

Not really anything to dislike. Sometimes it would be nice if you could turn pricing on in job forms for printed sheets.

Pros

Easy to use. It is also organized well on the side. Support is good but could be more knowledgeable on the software.

Cons

Needs more reporting and tracking tools. The scheduling in the calendar could also be much easier .

Pros

Is a good options for field service users who want billing and invoicing taking care of in one place. East to use in the field.

Cons

Fees and price is fairly high. Still a growing company and service so expect changes to the software frequently which can lead to missing out on some features that are moved or dropped over time.

Jobber is an amazing SaaS solution. Although it is marketed for maintenance/cleaning industries, we use it as the primary management solution for the IT support side of our business. As we work both on and off site, this allows seamless integration between our consultants in the field, and the technicians and staff at our shop. The automated emailing of estimates/invoices/receipts is very flexible, and comes across as a very professional looking delivery method for the client. With payment links in the email body, clients are given a quick and secure payment option upon receipt of their invoice. We have had many clients praise this feature alone. As we also use Quickbooks online, the syncing is invaluable in time saved. What we like best about the product is the ability to really customize many aspects of its operation. Adding custom fields and entries, global and powerful search functions, recurring contracts, signature collection and adding photos to jobs using a mobile device's camera, are just some examples of the plethora of built in features. The subscription price is very reasonable, and definitely less than many competitors. To top it off, their customer support is second to none. All of our communications were answered within hours, and feature requests or early bugs were added or worked out very quickly. This is an intuitive and industry leading product that will not disappoint.

Very easy to use, and very good value for money.

Pros

Great system! Jobber was a game changer for us with programming and tracking offers and invoices. There are some minor areas that need updating, but apart from that it is a good system. And customer service is very useful ... even when you're impatient and annoying. They have been incredible!

Cons

I could do much more with Jobber if they created an integration with Zapier. Without integration, I can not give my clients the automation that could make their incorporation much faster and easier.

I have been a jobber customer for over 2 years now, and I have been extremely satisfied with not only the cloud based software but the customer service as well. I enjoy the service because they know me by first name, I am a person and not a customer account number. I have been extremely happy choosing Jobber over other popular and widely used landscape scheduling software companies.. Keep it up!!!

Pros

It's cloud based, I like the size of the company, I like the customer service support I get, They are opened to suggestions, take my feedback seriously....very helpful and friendly...

Cons

The only con is I am not sure about the integration of Jobber with other software....I.e. the integration of jobber with quick books online plus

Pros

Lets the team clock there time. Lets us inform customers of our visits. Ease of getting quotes sent and approved. Know when the quotes have been opened by Client. Keeps track of invoicing. It keeps clients in the system.

Cons

everything is good. Maybe a video for new employees to learn how to use the app

Jobber is multi-functional and has all of the tools I need to get the job done. Scheduling, invoicing and referencing previous customers is a snap with this program. I would highly recommend this product for any type of business owner.

Pros

I like all aspects of it. There are a few things that I would change- stated in cons.

Cons

Cannot really see all of the information from a phone or tablet. A way to map tasks not just the jobs.

Pros

I like how it already answers alot of my needs with the stock version. After that I love how I can customize Jobber to fit my particular needs. And if I have questions, Jobber is great to respond!

Cons

No auto correct with spelling. I am detailed in my quotes, so I write alot, I wish the system would check my spelling.

We switched over to Jobber in March of 2016 and so far have been very happy with the program. I love how it links to QB and the set up was a breeze. We switched over from Field Locate, which I would NEVER recommend to anyone after the experience we had there. Jobber is great value for the money and their customer support is awesome! The work flow is great, there is no way you can miss invoicing your jobs. Team members can leave notes in every quote, job, invoice so when multiple people are involved the information is seamlessly communicated. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this program.

Awesome app 1 month in and it has already simplified so much of what I do, and I'm pretty sure I have only scratched the surface of what jobber can do! Nick has been supper helpful!

Cons

Wish there was a way to route my snow removal customers... Same route- randomly occurring / on demand, instead of having to re build the routes every time...
