July 13, 2018 5.0 Pros I run a small residential cleaning business. Before I started using Jobber, I was scrambling with trying to keep my growing team up to date with paper schedules, texts and phone calls. Now my team can view everthing they need to know about their workday or upcoming schedules right from their smartphones. Cons I can't say there is anything I don't like about this software. Pros I use the software primarily for invoicing and the batch reminders for customers who are late on their payments. My friend, Rachel, with Hope Cleaning, uses it for all it's abilities - so I have much to learn in regards to scheduling and sending straight to invoicing etc. I'm hoping to learn more about how to use the other aspects of the program this winter before we start up again next April. You will probably be hearing from me with questions in the New Year so that I can learn some more. :) Merry Christmas! Cons I don't like that when a customer asks me to send all of their invoices I have to send them one by one. June 9, 2015 5.0 We have a small landscape company and this is our first season with this type of software. I would like to know where Jobber has been all of our business life. I signed up for our free month before the season began to give myself some time to learn the software and as it turned out, I didn't really need that much time. After the first week, I knew I was going to love this program. It was easy to learn just on my own but "my personal customer service guy, Jason" was always just an email or phone call away. It was a little time consuming inputting all of our products and services because I had to create them first but our customer information only took a few minutes to upload from an excel file. Now that all of our information is a part of the program, my work is soooo much faster and easier. I can input and change any information from our office and from the field. I can create quotes for small simple jobs right on sight or larger more complicated jobs while in the office. Thanks to being able to personalize the forms, we are well branded and look very professional. Thank you so much to the developers and updaters at Jobber. I also like that I can assign jobs in real time and my employees can see exactly what they need to do in the jobber app while working in the field. I love that it integrates with Quickbooks online! Jobber is very easy to use & navigate. It's step-by-step job creation to billing has shaved tons of time off of my daily billing. The load times are blazing fast too. The mobility aspect of Jobber was the main reason why I tried Jobber over a year ago. Jobber has a mobile version of their site that is optimized for smartphones & tablets so you can use it while you are in the field working. Finally, Jobber's customer service is astounding! The Jobber staff will often answer any questions you have within an hour, even after work-hours sometimes. Since Jobber is always being improved and further developed, they often fix and resolve any glitches within minutes. They are always adding new features to Jobber, many of which customers have suggested. They keep their customers informed of their improvements through blog posts & e-mail newsletters. Pros Fast and easy to use Mobile version to use in the field Can e-mail invoices E-payments option to allow customers to pay invoices online EXCELLENT customer service! President Used the software for: ### "Wonderful Application" April 29, 2013 5.0 Before we found Jobber we used 3 different platforms to do our scheduling, billing, and visit reporting. Billing at the end of each month took hours upon hours and you had to flip between each platform to make sure customers were getting billed correctly. It took a few extra hours to get all our customers put in and their jobs created in the system but it was well worth the time. We had looked into other solutions to no avail. Either they were way too expensive or just weren't what we needed. Jobber is simple and combines scheduling, job reporting, and invoicing all in one. You can also track your income progress throughout the year. They continue to add new features consistently which is a huge plus. Also, if I could have rated higher than five stars on the customer support rating then I would. It's a wonderful system and I would recommend it to any service professional. Pros Easy to use. Internet based so it can be accessed you anywhere. Cons Takes a little bit to get set up depending on how many customers you have. I put this is the cons because it is a con but I'm not sure any other service industry system could make inputting customers and creating jobs much easier. Review Source EV Elizabeth V. Pros I really like the ability to add notes for employees and pdf files with info and pictures. The recurring job feature makes frequent visits easy to schedule. Cons It's pretty expensive. It would be really great if there was a better ability for employees to communicate with management through the system, such as if a note is added to a visit/job by an employee management would receive an email.
