Pros

I was reluctant to switch scheduling software, but this is great! It makes it very hard to accidentally miss anything! Very user friendly & easy to invoice all work through it.

Cons

Took a little time to get used to the multiple step process with scheduling/closing/billing jobs.

Pros

We tried this software to schedule lawn installation jobs and maintenance. It worked very well and our employees were able to use Jobber with ease.

Cons

The software could expand the areas of maintenance to give more options to the business owner. Overall not bad.

Pros

Jobber consolidates the administrative work into one program and allows us the ability view a rich history on every client. By using Jobber, I am suddenly able to see the work we've completed this past year and I no longer feel so blind in anticipating the next year. Additionally, all our clients are getting consistent reminders, receipts, and invoices which used to occasionally fall through the cracks. So essentially, we are giving our clients a more consistent and seamless experience.

Cons

Scheduling is a little slow. In fact it's hard to complete while on the phone. Also, the field app can be a bit confusing and doesn't offer the same exact service as the desktop version. Plus, there is not a good calendar view available on the app either. Also, it would be nice if we could customize the day sheets for our field techs.

I switched from Mhelpdesk, because of 2 things: price and because jobber is easier to use, i can track the employees hours, i can optimize the route of the teams, the stripe integration is great! i made one of the best decisions here, the only thing i wish they have is the integration with infusionsoft, that would be huge!

Pros

employees can see exactly what their day entails. Route mapping makes scheduling our work day more efficient and profitable.

Cons

wish the calendar was easier to use when scheduling also, don't like how can't see the calendar at all times when scheduling.

It has made tracking my jobs much simpler. I still use a physical day planner in conjunction with the software, but it's not necessary.

Pros

I think my favorite aspect of using this software is the ease of use. It makes it very easy to track my jobs, schedule any future work, and to compile a customer list for mailings, promos, etc.

Cons

I really don't have any major negative complaints on this program, once I learned the set up and got used to it.

I've used other competing solutions, which I enjoyed, but as my use of the systems grew I realized that I needed improved work-flow and a better access to the application in the field for me and my techs. Jobber has been the answer for those and other concerns that I had experienced. PROs: -Excellent work-flow from initial customer contact to invoice and now to receiving payment with Square (which I will be setting up soon). -Professional invoices -Signature capture that actually works! -Reliable in-the-field editing of jobs and invoices. -Notifications and reminders that include a customer confirmation link in the body of the email. -Great Support -Great Support -Great Support -Oh, Great Support. Cons: -It is a little cumbersome to enter products and services, but WAY better than the other application that I've used. -Any other Cons didn't have a chance to stay a Con because the support staff reacted quickly and corrected the issues, whether it was a feature upgrade or an error fix. Excellent experience with Jobber!

I would like to see the ability to search for SKU numbers on Jobber rather than the specific part name.

Great system, allows us to plan months ahead. Keeps track of all jobs, visits and invoices. The support you receive from jobber staff is excellent. I highly recommend using jobber.

Pros

Tells you to do an invoice once job is put on the system. Easy access to reports that contain all the vital information required for working with the public in the lawn treatment business.

Cons

Would like the option of more email templates other than quotes, client reminders and invoices. However knowing team at jobber that will come soon hopefully.

Pros

The organization and communication pipelines flow freely! Very easy to find out any random bit of information on a job/invoice/client/etc and pass it on to the correct party whether it be customer or employee. Saves so much time!

Cons

I believe the issue will go away with time as the developers always seem to be working on making things easier for the users.. BUT.. at this time there are a couple areas where going back and changing mistakes can be a bit tedious. I will say, anything that has come up as a problem is met with absolutely fantastic customer service via phone or live chat if necessary.

Pros

This software keeps track of your customers current and past orders, stores signed agreements, helps with scheduling and even inventory of chemicals if you need it!

Cons

There are so many applications of this software that it was difficult to implement the software as we were working in our previous system. Once we got past the first few weeks the initial fear that we bit off more than we could chew was gone.

Easy to set up, we were up and running in about a week. Simple to use, training was couple of hours. It is reliable and saves me time every day.

Pros

We love Jobber because their support is great and there product is great! The way it organises our daily processes. Without it we would just be another business.

Cons

Love the quote signing ability they just came up with, but it would be nice if they had a Check box that has to be clicked acknowledging they read the service terms.

We are nearing a month use with Jobber.We schedule multiple techs with multiple office staff and Jobber has made our operations smoother. We like that Jobber staff are always quick to assist and pass suggestions on, In our 3 weeks + we have seen changes already. Its terrific to see a company that listens, changes and is generally easy to use

Pros

Flexibility and ability to set permissions dependent on the staff member. The ability to have All my required job information in one place I can access from anyplace

Cons

Limited usability in areas with weak Data coverage, it would be nice to have an offline mode that works with info from the last time that the App was "on-line"

We can assign jobs to our crews and see what jobs they have completed, what jobs they have remaining, and make changes to their job schedules in real time!

Cons

It would be nice if it integrated with Quickbooks Enterprise. It integrates with Quickbooks online, so we are in the process of switching to that, which is not an easy process.

I am a tree surgeon working in home services for nearly 15 years and have used a wide variety of paper and software quoting/invoicing systems. When I decided to shift everything to ipad there were many choices so I trialled 7 different pieces of software and at the end of a month Jobber was way in front. I prefer the server based version to the application as it offers more choices and greater control. Forms are customizable, photographs can be added to your database and emailed to clients and quote to job to invoice to receipt conversion is a simple process. Back up is exceptionally good with both my detailed answered directly by email in 48 hours. The price is well within the normal range for similar products. After 4 months of use I have not once had the software crash. There have been no annoying synch problems and, to my surprise, the speed of upload/download is very fast. Even in Western Australia! If you are a small business like me, this software is just what you need.

Creating clients and tracking them from quote to job to invoice. Time sheets and how I can track our team's hours against specific jobs. Tracking expenses against jobs.

Cons

The app. Once it was updated, we lost the ability for the crew to see their schedules and to update their time if they messed it up. Also if a job is not scheduled for that day, then they cannot assign their hours to the job on the app. I'd like to see more automatic uploads of our communications with clients via email and phone in Jobber. I'd like to see job costing analysis to see if we were profitable on certain types of jobs.

I have been using this software for over 3 years. They are constantly improving it and adding features that help our business and help us with being efficient. We use this software to schedule out lawn maintenance clients and landscaping jobs. We also use it for sending out quotes and reminders to clients. The quote templates are great and easy to use. Clients can sign the quotes right from your phone or tablet. So neat! When setting up your client base, you can add custom fields that relate to your business. Furthermore, they have a reporting section where you can do reports on your services, work, financials, etc. They have many other neat features too that we will probably use in the near future. Overall, this software has been great for our business and I don't see myself switching to any other software vendor. The cost of using is very affordable considering all the features they have and are adding. GREAT software! I would recommend it to anyone.

I start my cleaning business 2 years ago. When I started I was looking for a system to do my scheduling and manage my customer easily. I found this and never been so happy. That was the best investment I've ever done for my business. Keeps my business organized. It's really easy to use and affordable. Really recommend to use this system for a business willing to grow. Excellent customer customer service always willing to help and find the best solution and the solution that better fit my needs. They have an excellent referral program. I already refer a friend and received $100. The Jobber team always do Google hangouts to reach their users and ask them how to make jobber better. I LOVE IT AND HOPE WILL USE IT FOR MANY YEARS :D

Tracks my jobs, expenses, invoicing is super easy. E-mailing invoices is great. Easy to set up 30 min. help sessions. Itemization of materials is a breeze.

Pros

Easy to use, self explanatory and flexible.

Cons

No support after 8pm. I really have no other cons as of yet.
