Jobber could be a fab program, with a lot of bang for your buck except for one very big (for us) flaw. When you schedule a 'job' on the calendar, it allows you to upload photos and write notes specific to that job - which is GREAT. However, when the job is finished, you only have the option to invoice it, leave it as "action required" or - delete it, which removes all the associated pics & notes etc... A good part of our business is going out to do estimates/quotes - we of course need those on the schedule/calendar, but we can ONLY SCHEDULE AS A JOB - there is no way to schedule quotes. So, we end up scheduling the 'quotes' originally as jobs, then transferring all the data (pics, notes etc...) to the jobber quote form, then deleting the job (which we then have no record of) All in all a HUGE pain - something that - if fixed would make this a truly good, functional program... So, sadly, I have to give it a rather poor review - at least for us and our business needs.

Overall we really love the mobile ability of Jobber. If your office is in the field like mine then this is the software to go with. I wish there was a built in platform for send marketing emails to existing customers or at least an integrated tool. I also think that there should be a "quick pay" button so that you don't have to close job, create invoice, then take pay. In the field sitting with a customer that can be an awkward moment. Also, when you put in a job on a mobile device you shouldn't have to edit the newly created job right after entering the date of the job. This is an extra step that can be avoided. I should be ablessed to enter what service it is, the date of the job, price, etc all on the same screen. This would be really helpful when a customer decides they want to sign up for service right away (don't need a quote). Once again, we love the software and will continue to use it. These small changes would take this app from a 8.5/10 to 10/10.

Doesn't seperate merchant service fee from total payment making it hard when it's time to reconcile books

This is our 3rd mobile invoicing/dispatching system, and I am happy to say we are finally home. The system is clear and simply makes sense, the quikbooks online integration actually works, even though it is still in BETA. The core functionality of the system is really what drew us to Jobber, the ability to use either the company or a single contact as the main contact is awesome, also the ability to have multiple properties is also essential. We are getting more and more out of the system each day and look forward to the new features they will add down the line.

Pros

\-quikbooks online integration -simple to use -clear site -easy to track everything within the system -web site form integration -auto reminders -reporting tools -and many more!

Cons

\-would like a few more options on the client notifications add-on -would like the ability to have sub customers within an account.

We are so grateful for Jobber. It is quite easy to use (browser version) and the app for our technicians is superior to competitors we have tried. It also integrates very nicely with Quickbooks online. Previously we used Quickbooks Merchant Services to process credit card payments, but we have since switched to Stripe integration with Jobber and it's \*brilliant\* and saves me so much time. Our customers love the interface when paying with credit cards, and appreciate the ability to receive reminders for upcoming appointments. Behind the flexibility and features of this program is a support team I can't speak highly enough of. They've always been readily available, friendly to talk to, supportive and knowledgeable. They helped me immensely during our transition to Jobber, and their support ensured I was able to start off on the right foot immediately. Our business feels easier to manage and is more organized - it's a win-win for us and our customers.

You can’t use the SMS feature in the UK. Stopped integration with Xero.

I wish they used someone in addition to Paypal to receive my receivables (PayPal charges is 4% which for me is expensive). If I could have other, less expensive options, that would be great.

We have used Jobber for over 2 years and it has allowed our young company to grow at a way faster speed than we could have without it. Jobber allows us to excel in customer service using modern technology in an industry that is not well known for being organized or "up with the times" (tree care industry). Our entire crew can see work orders anytime they want via their smartphones which means they can literally be in a tree while checking on the specs for the job. In general, it's very easy to use. We do client and staff scheduling, send estimates & invoices, track client projects, set reminders, and receive credit card payments all through Jobber. The Jobber team is receptive to new ideas and will correct major kinks right away; I only wish their team was bigger so they could implement more ideas to make it an even better product. We have recommended this software system to many peers in the field. And it's affordable for small businesses!

After one week it is hard to say what we will benefit from this, but scheduling has improved dramatically.

Pros

Platform, easy to use, great support, integration with QuickBooks Online, awesome customer service and is very reasonable in price.

Cons

Some of the settings are difficult to find, need more color options for the calendar and the app could be a little more user friendly.

Entering customers, scheduling jobs and invoicing

Pros

it's quite simple to add customers and schedule jobs and invoices and the invoice reminders are great but can get complicated sometimes.

Cons

Lack of options there are so many simple things that you just can't do in Jobber I don't have the time to go through it all but it must get much better for the price that it costs. Every business is different but some options you need in most service business. and Jobber doesn't have that kind of customization. The customer service chat is slow sometimes.

As a landscape design/ build/ maintenance company, we were looking for software that would handle managing our business. Being able to use Jobber for all areas of Management has been a lifesaver! No more paper notes and forgotten appointments. From managing my employees time to creating beautiful quotes for my customers, Jobber has allowed me to take my office on the road! I have every piece of information i could possibly need in the palm of my hand. I have tried a handful of different software options and have not found anything that comes close to what jobber has to offer. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are in any service industry.

Pros

Features, integration, interface, customer service the list goes on and on! IT JUST WORKS! One thing that stands out is Jobber really listens to the customer and is always coming out with extremely well thought out updates!

This single service has allowed our business to expand. We had experimented with CRM software before, but the quote and invoicing interface that this provides is of particular benefit. As far as I know, this does not integrate with Salesforce yet. It is so valuable, however, that every job we do is run through it. It may seem like a simple thing, but for those who just don't have the time for all the paperwork, this can be a one-stop-shop for many contractors. Of special note for tech-savvy groups, the mobile application for use in the field is wonderful. Even for team members without the best soft skills, payment collection can all be handled at the press of a button. I love this product and plan to continue using it as we grow.

Pros

Full mobile integration invoicing is so simple: discounting, labor calculations, material costs

Cons

I don't think it integrates with Salesforce yet

Pros

Jobber integrates seamlessly with Quickbooks Online, which is tough to find. The set-up was very easy and any support or questions we had were quickly answered via the Live Chat on their website, a feature we love. Having the ability to communicate and manage our delivery team on the road has been invaluable to our business and all of this is possible because of Jobber.

Cons

Some great features we'd love to see include the ability to send customer satisfaction surveys after a Job is closed and support for older iOS devices as we were forced to purchase new iPads because our older ones no longer worked with Jobber. The app is also a bit confusing and seems to be missing functionality found on the website.

Where do I begin? I really wanted to use it, but it just wasn't built for my type of business. However, to those that are in the field service realm, you will absolutely love what Jobber has created for you in this simple to use and feature-rich app.

Pros

The ease of use and seamless app interface really made it easy to get started and keep going without spending too much time setting up.

Cons

Despite the rich feature set and awesome functionality, it caters more to landscapers, painters, and general contractors (among others), and wasn't suitable for my chauffeured transportation service.

It is an alright software. I believe pestroutes or housecall pro would be a better option. It may be one of the cheaper ones but it doesn't mean it'll function better.

Cons

It's quality and look doesn't look very appealing. It's edgy and should upgrade from where it is at.

I manage the client interface of a In-Home Cleaning Service in San Diego, I had requested that the E-Mail list be added to the One-Off Jobs report, within 1 week Nick Fisher was able to get that up and going for me! He even gave me a courtesy call to let me know approximately when it would be up! Quick response, great customer service, and very helpful!
