I must admit that I am fairly new to using Jobber, but so far it has exceeded my expectations. I run a 10-15 person landscaping company and decided to implement Jobber about 2 months ago after demoing 5 other field software solutions. Jobber by far has the best looking and most user friendly interface which makes finding your way around it super easy right off the bat. In addition, Jobber's customer service has been impeccable! I'm not exaggerating when I say they have the best customer service department that I've dealt with period. Anytime I have a question I can get them on the phone for a thorough walk-through. The few times when the answer to my question is simply that Jobber does not yet have that functionality they have been more than happy to submit my requests to the design team for future updates (looking forward to crew grouping capabilities!). I would highly recommend Jobber!

The title says it all. The apple version needs improvements including the tablet interface. Not... fluid and sometimes needs causes trouble in the collection payment. but I can't go without it....

I was on a trial period to use that ended. They asked if I wanted an extension and I said yes. Never heard back. Contacted them stating I would like to try a little longer to test the rest of the features and Kim told me I would have to wait until that Tuesday before she will call me.

Looks good what I tried out.

Cons

Customer service is very poor. Dodged that bullet.

Overall, Jobber is a great scheduling and dispatching software espescially for a small home services business like the one I work for.

Pros

Jobber makes it easy to keep track of technicians and their schedule, accounts receivable and payroll.

Cons

Jobber has so many different functions that it can be overwhelming at first.

I own and run a small construction staking and layout company with multiple crews and currently have over 130 jobsites that are under construction. Jobber allows me to not only streamline my crew assignments and track their progress throughout their day but also gives me the tools to quote new jobs, track progress of current projects and manage their timesheets and expenses. Jobber also cut my end of month billing down to about 2-3 hours instead of the 1-1/2 to 2 days it used to take. I honestly don't know how I ran my business before. Jobber has increased efficiency on every level and is one of the main reasons that my business has increased by approximately 35% this year. I am on the thresh-hold of hitting $1 million in revenue for the year and there is no way I could have done that without Jobber. Thanks to the folks at Jobber for an outstanding product!

Pros

Jobber software is very intuitive and has features that make sense and are easy to use. Many of the program functions seem to have been designed by people from our industry, therefore they are very useful in day to day operations.

Cons

We wish there were ways to import completed job forms to my customers so they could receive a report on finished work and recommendations for future visits. I also would like confirmed appointments to be more easily visible from the calendar/ grid views.

This is a great product for a small, startup business or a business that is just getting started with a digital workflow system.

Pros

This software has a nice, simple interface which is easy to use and navigate. It does not require a bunch of setup to start using it. The cost is a great value for what you get based on our research of other products.

Cons

I wish they offered an electronic check payment option. It has some ability to customize forms and templates, but I would appreciate more options.

Pros

Inquiries to customer service are quickly responded to. They are usually available when you need them (e.g. business hours), but who doesn't need a break right?

Cons

There are a few feature requests that myself and others on a discontinued request forum (hosted by jobber) that have not been implemented. I realize there are priorities. A few that come to mind are: 1-ability to duplicate quotes. 2-ability to automatically CC self in outgoing emails (note I can check the box to do that, it's just an extra step that could be modified to be an option). 3-ability to change what quote columns appear on work orders, (e.g. show the prices of the line items).

Pro's - Has made scheduling much easier and can be done from the road with ease - The Dashboard has been a life safer for a high level overview of financial status - Has made staff more accountable for their time - Has helped us track jobs more effectively Con's - When I generate an invoice, labour is not included - When I update some of the job details, it cancels any upcoming visits - I can only tag customers, not jobs - I can't pull reports on all jobs, I only get jobs with visits assigned I wish.... - We could email customers when the job is finished with a Satisfaction Completion Certificate for them to complete - I could take job that need to be completed together and link them - I wish I could see a description of the quotes on the overview section - I wish I could customize some reports and save them

Jobber is amazing in it that you are able to use one software to do all your business tasks. From scheduling, estimating, invoicing, tracking and assigning work to your employees... Jobber does it all. I can create a client, write up an estimate and send it right to the client, convert it to a job, send out the work order to my guys or have them log in, close the job, invoice the job and send it write to the client and then confirm when payment is arrived. The fact that i can look at anytime and see who owes me money, what jobs we are working on and which jobs i need to invoice - all on one page is amazing.

Pros

All of it... Client list and the fact that each one can have numerous properties ( i have one client that has over 150 properties) Estimating, Invoicing, Tracking

Free 30 days trial - no CC needed. Easy, yet full and complete functions and features. Very affordable. Great support - immediate response to any concern or issues. Mobile site is easy to use and you have all you need in palm of your hand

Pros

Desktop version is okay to use. The color coding of jobs and keywords was helpful. I like that you can add photos to jobs.

Cons

App does not work well and takes quite a while to sync with desktop input. Also can't schedule quotes as calendar events, and can't merge clients. Ultimately was not user friendly and did not work for us. Now they are saying we cannot get any amount of refund which is absolutely ridiculous. We used it for less than a month.

Software builders assume that every company has full time employees who show up everyday. There is no actual way to verify that your employee's actually receive their schedule except to contact each and every employee? For a company who supposedly has 1000's of other cleaning companies under their belt, I was shocked and disappointed to hear this.

Pros

Once you figure out everything, so far, so good.

Cons

If you would like to have all your employees to see all of their schedule you will need to pay the extra 9.00 fee per employee.

Our company was looking for a new calendar software. We all know that "change" is disruptive and can be hard to "break old habits". The Jobber Customer Service staff are SECOND to NONE! Immediate, yes, I said immediate response to questions, problems, etc. make the "change" not only doable, but without disruption to business! Because we were so use to our "old calendar software", you might say we were "set in our ways" and wanted things to work like our old software. The Staff takes the time to help you work through the issue, or will offer a solution to overcome the issue. Our mobile users also found this software to be easy to use. I ranked Overall with 4 stars, not because I don't feel this product is a great calendar business solution, but because we have not implemented many of the features that Jobber offers.

I have really enjoyed the Jobber software...It is very easy to use and the professional look and ease of the invoicing billing etc is a plus as well. The professional look is important to us because it reflects on the image of our business. It is just so easy to go paperless with our billing etc that it has provided us with more time to focus on other needs for the business. The tech support I have received when needing help learning the software has been great as well. The Jobber product was made for us, the Green Industry. The vendor has the best customer service we have ever experienced. It syncs very well with QuickBooks Online.

I love being able to send invoices and reply to customers via the app. Customers are amazed by how easy it is to receive and pay invoices.

Somewhat pricey but considering the features and functionality that’s certainly not a dealbreaker. Overall excellent app.
