has been a game-changer for my cleaning company. The platform is easy to use, with a simple interface that makes scheduling, invoicing, and client management a breeze. The mobile app lets me manage everything on-the-go, and the automated reminders and payments save me time and hassle. While there was a slight learning curve at first, it quickly became an essential tool for streamlining operations. Overall, Jobber has helped me stay organized, improve efficiency, and deliver a better experience for my clients!

Pros

is user friendly and makes creating leads, quotes, jobs, invoices and marketing campaigns a breeze! I love the new schedule design and their customer support is punctual and always helpful. Bugs and issues with the software are quickly fixed and usually at the least busiest times of the day. Jobber is a valuable asset to our company in many ways! Security is also great with their 2-step verification system on top of being able to log in with Google.

Cons

I would love for to not have so many add-ons when it comes to pricing. Just throw it all into one affordable package...

This has reduced scheduling errors and last-minute confusion. Our crew knows exactly where they’re going, what tasks to complete, and any special notes for each property before they even arrive. Quoting, Invoicing & Payments Creating professional quotes and invoices is fast and easy with Jobber. I can build a quote from my phone while on a property walk-through, get client approval electronically, and then convert it to a job in seconds. The ability for customers to pay online has significantly improved our cash flow — fewer outstanding invoices and less time spent chasing payments. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Jobbet and am very happy with the service. I have run trials on other apps, like House call pro and I liked much better.

Pros

has saved me so much time! I love how easy it is to move from request to invoice to job and to invoicing. The automated invoice reminders are very helpful as well. And customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable!

Cons

I think the program is costly. It’s worth it for the amount of time it saves, but is much more costly compared to other apps that as just as complicated (Quickbooks for example). But then again other apps that are similar to , like housecall pro are just as expensive.

I love . It’s been a game changer for my plumbing and HVAC business. I can book jobs, send quotes, invoice, and take payments all from one platform. It keeps my team organized and my customers happy. It feels like having an office manager built right into my phone.

Pros

has completely streamlined the way I run my business. Billing, scheduling, and collecting payments are all in one place, and it’s so easy to use. The invoicing is clean and professional, and customers love how simple it is to pay. Scheduling jobs is straightforward, and I can keep track of everything without missing a beat. It saves me hours of admin time every week. I’ve had very minimal bugs throughout my time with jobber. As for value for my money I thought it was pricey at first but it has saved me in the long run and much cheaper than paying a full time person to handle everything it can do. Customer support has been great as well and readily available to answer any questions I’ve had. I feel jobber is very secure and don’t worry about my customers information being leaked.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, but once you figure out the layout it’s smooth sailing. Some customization options could be a little deeper, but nothing that gets in the way of running my business.

has completely transformed our business. There is no way we’d secure the new customers we have, be able to invoice as quickly and as streamlined, or keep all of our jobs straight without the use of Jobber!

Pros

The ease of use and the professionalism it shows when sending quotes, jobs, and invoices to customers.

Cons

For some process, there can be a high learning curve or it can be cumbersome (closing out old jobs, as an example). If you don’t keep up with the mundane tasks, it can get overwhelming very quickly.

Have been using for over 3 years. It is easy to use and if I have a question the people at get me a solution very quickly.

Cons

I sometimes am not able to match a job up with an invoice and I have to go back and generate an invoice instead of seeing it in the batch invoices.

I love the experience with , so far I have had nothing but good things to say and the usage is simple and love it.

Pros

is definetely great value for the money. Their customer support is very good. Ususally responds within minutes. The portal and scheduling dsashboard is very easy to use. Invoicing is simple and there are no bugs or issues that we have encountered in our usage at all. The banking and transaction side is very easy to set up and we love the PAYOUT option to get paid immediately. Love the software, recommend to all service and home service companies.

Cons

So far I only am expecting improvements on Maintenance Plan flow and set up. Just needs a bit of tweeks to get it down right.

We have been using now for about 10 months. It has made invoicing extremely easy. The Jobber team has been quick to work out any bugs and issues that come up, so it does not affect our flow of business. Great for a few years. If you plan to grow your company, expect this software to hold you back. Great if you're 1-5 people but anything more I'd look elsewhere.

Pros

’s scheduling was pretty good and one of the stronger features of the platform. The calendar view made it easy to assign jobs, track appointments, and quickly adjust when things changed. If scheduling is your main need, Jobber can be a helpful solution, though the rest of the platform may frustrate you.

Cons

This company has gone downhill for sometime. I've been using them for about 8 years. Pricing was good, and they were adding features that made sense. Now, to run a small business with 10 users it's about $10,000 a year. For a scheduling app it's excessive. They used COVID as an excuse to raise prices and have continued to raise their prices. Lot's of other great alternatives to use.

Pros

I like the ability to be able to connect all of our branches under one login and we can all collaborate on our offerings. The platform is smooth, easy to use, invoicing is done within and minimal bugs.

Cons

The lead sourcing data tracking is difficult and doesn't transfer across the different "fields" like customer, quote, job, etc. Customer support is also a bit slower than you'd expect in some scenarios.

Pros

is great, but I wish I could add more users without the cost going up so much. Right now I can have 5, but to add another, the cost goes up significantly.

My overall experience has been positive and I would recommend it. The amount of support available has been great and the people on the onboarding staff have been patient and actually listen to the questions you ask.

Pros

Ease of use, customer support and training, and time savings . One of the most time consuming jobs I faced is collecting on small invoices. Setting up my customers with CC's on file has been a game changer for me.

Cons

That the help desk isn't manned 24 hours a day. I haven't really come across anything else that I am unhappy with.

I've only been with my company for 9 months. I have worked with numerous dispatch software programs in my 30+ years in dispatching/office management. I found one of the easiest programs to learn and navigate.

Pros

I love the fact that it is so user friendly. It's easy to navigate from one tab to another. Invoicing is quick and easy. Everything entered in automatically syncs with QuickBooks which makes our accounting so much better! Customer support is always there when you need them, and quick to respond and get the answers you need, when you need them. I also like all of the add-on features like FleetSharp for GPS tracking, Adding the Square for credit card purchases, Thumbtack for qualified leads in our area, GiveMe5 and Zapier.

Cons

If I could change anything about it would be: 1. Clients with multiple properties, if we need to make a note on a specific address, we have to do that on the Client's main account and list the address and the note. Example (102 Johnson St.--Unit has a 10 year parts & labor warranty that expires 06/26/35) When the client has 85 properties, the techs have to scroll through a long list of notes to find the address they are looking for and sometimes overlook it. I would like to be able to put specific notes on the each property, NOT the client account. I am positive other Jobber users would agree with this. Afterall, in service dispatching (no matter the trade) we are ADDRESS SPECIFIC NOT CLIENT as the house always remains when the clients do not! And we can have a "true history" of everything that has been done there over the years if we could be more address specific. 2. I'd like to be able to invoice a job from the schedule (dispatch board) instead of going to the "job tab", finding the job and invoicing from there. 3. Lastly, when a no charge ticket is billed out, WHY do we have to show a "zero cash payment"? This is CRAZY!

Great, I've recommended this software to multiple business associates. I have had 3 friends who own their own businesses purchase the software just based on my recommendations.

Pros

streamlines my entire business, very user friendly too. The best thing is the ability to work remotely, If i'm out in the field and i get a new lead, i can create the new client from my phone. Gives you the ability to work on the business while working in the business.

Cons

The fees' associated to Payments, I feel there a little on the high side. Besides the high percentage fee for Jobber payments, i honestly don't have anything negative to say. For the monthly cost of this software and the functionality of it, I consider this a fantastic CRM.

We have had a phenomenal experience with and will continue to use them for the life of our company. We recommend the Jobber app to any and all entrepreneurs and business owners, especially in the home service industry and lawn and landscape realm.

Pros

I like that job or makes the process of sending quotes, adding leads and processing invoices very quick and efficient!

Cons

It’s difficult to understand the automations and still not sure what automations are going out to our clients such as follow up after jobs are completed.
