Pros

The support is amazing, it it so easy and intuitive you can start using it after the training with no problems at all, and if you have one, the support is quick and terrific.

Cons

If you are on a Pest Control company, you can no use it , I mean, you can, but there are so a lack of properly reports that I don't recommend it

Pros

The scheduling and mapping features are amazing!! We are now able to book jobs over a month out and easily assess and schedule our crews accordingly. I Honeslty don't know how we've managed without it!! The customer service is awesome an d always very quick to respond to any issues or questions that we've had!

Cons

They dont currently have job costing, which we have relied heavily on in the past, but they are working on it!!

This software is so easy to use and has really helped the company I work for to manage sending quotes and scheduling technicians smoothly.

Pros

This software is easier to use than most other software in this field. Customer service has been great and has had fast response times.

Cons

Have a delete button directly on the invoice, usually you have to go invoice - then edit, then delete. Be able to send an email to every email attached to the customers profile.

Pros

It's very easy to use for scheduling my daily tasks as well as all of my side jobs. It keeps me on track.

Cons

The website is a bit clunky. If you know what you're looking for, it's easy to navigate, otherwise you have to dig.

Cons

The mapping and routing needs work. Especially when using from an I pad and tryin to create recurring routes week to week.

Jobber is very user-friendly. New employees can jump into the program easily. The Jobber team is always kicking out updates to better their product (usually request from their customers).

Cons

Their calendar can sometimes become cluttered, but there are options that you can change to de-clutter it.

I searched endlessly on line for months trialing field service software and was left dissapointed until I found Jobber and all my prayers have been answered. We are a plumbing company and we use jobber to its full potential and it has taken our company to the next level. If I did not have jobber I would have had to employ another person to help oraganise all of our engineers and work but now I dont need to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AT LEAST TRIAL THIS TO SEE IF ITS FOR YOU.

Pros

User friendly, a calander that links to customer database, can be paperless and invoice from site using ipad and email to customer, affordable.

Cons

The reporting side could be better but this is a very small con.

Customer service gets back to you quicker and is more helpful than any other customer service experience I have ever had. Also, the program is very adaptable to your companies needs.

Cons

I love the help videos but I wish they went a little more in depth. The software takes some time to get used to but once you get the hang of it, it ultimately saves time in the long run.

Pros

Jobber helps to schedule our work load and give our employees the ability to access there work on the road. We get real time updates from the field as to how our crews are moving through their work. Also, the billing works great with reminders and syncing to QuickBooks. We can add work to crews on the road as needed. It has the ability to give clients updates as to when a crew will be on site by checking the route completed.

Cons

A few reports are unavailable that would be helpful. Also, the ability to batch create quotes for previous seasons work renewals.

The ability to manage workers on the field, the route optimization and the client hub, I love the invoicing and the ability to take payments on the field

I want more reminders to invoice people (email reminders), I wish that billing and managing payments was easier

Don't buy this product unless you run a simple Business that caters to residential customers only

Cons

This program is unable to handle third-party tracking for commercial accounts this is strictly a residential product for somebody moes lawns. I didn't like anything about this program. Customer service constantly gave us the wrong and run around answer.

Pros

How easy it is to use and look things up. It gives you a good overview of your work for the month. Jobber is also easy to reschedule service calls in.

Cons

I don't like that instead of the techs names I have the initials of the techs. I don't know if this is just a setting of not.

The App was very user friendly. I also liked the various levels of "management"you can set with each employee.

Cons

No times sheet to invoice tracking and no online booking feature. I paid for the month, realized the functionality of online booking wasn't there, and called to be told there isn't a money back guarantee.

Overall it has done mostly what we need it to do. Except overtime.

Pros

Easy to use and learn. I can get my new people singed in and using the app very quickly and within a few days they are using it like a pro

Cons

Does not handles overtime very well. Also, when we receive a partial payment it still shows the total invoice amount on reports
