### "Great experience with Jobber!"

I would highly recommend for anyone running an HVAC business.

Pros

Easy to set up, we were up and running in about a week. Simple to use, training was couple of hours. It is reliable and saves me time every day.

Cons

There is a pretty big jump in price to switch plans and go to unlimited users. I can only have 10 employees in the system.

We have a cleaning company Hire a Housewife in New Zealand. For over a year we struggled organising staff and clients ect. We tried every app on the market to make our job easier but not one of them seemed to work when your logging multiple jobs. Tried jobber haven't looked back, has cut my time down considerably and now I can focus on growing our business because staff know what they are doing from week to week now. I can add and delete jobs easy and assign them to staff easy and notify staff they have a job at the click of a button. It also links with Xero. If i had a problem with set up at the start they were quick to respond . Thanks Jobber

Having worked with other work order type programs there are a lot of different functionality components that foo not always apply to your type of service. All that said this program is very user friendly and the interface with Quickbooks is key. The invoice "click through function" for customers to pay via credit cards has cut our collection time. Customer support is very helpful, available, and responsive. We are on the "East Coast" so I was a bit concerned that the time difference would be a challenge, for us. I only gave a four star for the "ease of use" and "functionality" because there are a couple of areas that I think could be improved.

One stop shop! Much less paperwork!

Pros

Modern, easy to use, adjustable to personal needs, easy to overview and can manage several different tasks at one.

Cons

I wish it would encrypt notes made in customers files. Because they aren't, they can be lost, deleted or edited and so true past records could be lost or tampered with.

Jobber works great for my HVAC service company. It is simple to use in the field and in the office. We have had issues with filling fields, but customer service has been responsive to our requests. Overall we're happy, but would be happier if that improvement was made.

Some fields won't fill or autofill with the wrong words

love jobber would like quote number to appear on the email that goes out would like to see a se tion that shows sent quotes or invoices would like additional fields in client set up to be linked to info that populates in an invoice. ie. we add in clients Company Registration number & VAT number & it autopopulates to a field I set up in the invoice template! would like to manage clients / merge them more - ie. put 3 or 4 clients in one company - under 1 umbrella company would like easier statement function - to show everything that has come in and out search function in quotes or invoices that allows me to search by client name or email

We have been using Jobber for around 6 months and I am extremely happy that we choose Jobber for our small cleaning company. The customer service is superb, there is an extensive knowledge base, training videos, community boards, chat, or I can post a question and I get an answer typically within hours. I like that I can just ask for help when I need it. The program that I previously used was server based, very complex, and expensive. We had to pay for customer service hours and it was a completely frustrating experience. I love Jobber and I strongly recommend this product for other small businesses that use scheduling software.

I have been using Getjobber.com since last October and I find it very easy to use, very user friendly..the invoices that I mostly use it for are SO professional looking and I love them! I fully admit to not using Getjobber.com to the best of the abilities that they offer, but I plan on it soon! For what I do use it for, it works well and most importantly, the customer support is fantastic.

Pros

Customer service, the invoices look so professional, I love it!

Cons

I haven't used it to the best of it's abilities and capabilities, but I find that to be my own fault, not Getjobber.com's fault.

I didn't care for much at alll with this software. The only thing that was easy to do was to log in.

This software didn't have the complete options for all the information that was required in doing my job.

My experience with Jobber has been amazing. Our company has grown at around 20% each year, and Jobber's systems has given us the capacity to expand without loosing quality of service. We are frequently asked how we can manage our business successfully with only one office employee. We point them to Jobber. This isn't just the office manager's favorite software. The crew leaders, managers and owners all frequently remark on how much they love Jobber's functionality.

Pros

There are so many things I love about Jobber that it is hard to name just one. Jobber LISTENS to their customers. I have seen time and time again my suggestions become a reality. I love the client hub - where customers can sign and pay quotes and invoices online. This is an invaluable feature this day & age.

Cons

Most of my con's come with the sad reality that our company uses Jobber in a way that is a bit beyond its intended scope (remodeling & construction), in addition to our field services (Handyman, Lawn Mowing etc) - Invoicing: lack of flexbility in the way invoices can be displayed to customers. Templates are only minimally helpful at this time. Also, if the line item descriptions are too long (longer than one printed page for example), it will but cut off when printing. There is no way for it to continue to the next printed page. - Sales: Jobber is built on scheduling. But as a company, sales process is equally important. While Jobber shows some level of 'process' in leads, it is definitely not there yet. HOWEVER - they have promised that this is something they are working towards. - customized billing: To be clear, I LOVE Jobber's billing system. The only hiccup is their lack of ability to customer delivery methods per client.

I'm using Jobber for my new lawn care company. I've encountered no problems and only delight as everything seems really intuitive and solid. No crashes and no confusion! The support is great too. I always get an answer to questions quickly. Free trial was great as we are just starting out.

Pros

Free trial without having to give credit card info. Pretty affordable especially compared to other similar software.Great support - immediate response to any concern or issues. Mobile integration is great. Taking credit cards is made very easy.

Cons

None so far.

Pros

I like the ease of use and amazing support and customer service of the team that supports this product. These folks are always adding new features that are important to the users. They must listen very closely. It's just plain amazing. They treat me like I treat my clients! A+ Service.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. I wish there were a few more things that I could do and will approach the Jobber team to suggest them. My guess is they will be part of the next upgrade!

You will not regret subscribing to this software and I have found it less expensive than disc based software and a lot easier to use. What few questions I have had were answered promptly and personally by Sam Pillar. I love being able to be on vacation and make changes, add or delete clients, change schedules, etc on the beach on my ipad...no app to download or keep updating.

Pros

Ease of use prompt customer support works on all portable devices including ipad, droid automatic updates

Cons

would like to see address rather than job names on calendar as an option

it was easy to schedule and appoint and record the timing for a job but asides that i didn't explore it.

Cons

I think because i didnt use it that much! i do not have much to say! it was very cumbersome to use just for scheduling appointments.

We spent 4 or 5 months trying out a number of softwares that were close to what we were looking for, but none had the feature set and flexibility of Jobber. We can't operate without it!

Overall I am happy with Jobber. There are a couple things I would like to see added to the mobile piece and to the contact area but can work around them for now. The service people are good and helpful. Training is good and starts you out on the right step.

Pros

Ease of use, quick to surf around and enter data. The calendar is pretty good and the mobile has almost everything you need.

Cons

Multi-location and email needs to be more versatile. The mobile app could use some data entry ability that is limited only to the computer.

We have been using Jobber since December 2014 and have found the transition most pleasing. The dashboard feel of this program makes it easy for our Logistics to arrange jobs and distribute them with ease to our mobile staff. We find that when there is something to contact Jobber about, their support staff are second to none and with our time difference (Australia) we still get an answer within a short time frame. Jobber will only get stronger with the ability of giving them input to ideas to make the program even better. We highly recommend Jobber and look forward to the continued journey.

They are always looking for ways to improve the software. If you don't like something TELL them... They will evaluate and change if it's a common theme among users.

Cons

I'm personally not a fan of the different number between quote, job, and invoice.. It can get confusing.

I have used Jobber for the last 7 months, the best thing Jobber does for me is save time. Jobber is an awesome tool for scheduling, invoicing and record keeping, and can be accessed from virtually anywhere! I can process invoices and record payments in just a few hours instead of a few days! The Jobber team provides amazing customer service, and the software is improving all the time. After a 3 year long search I am very happy to have found such a quality package, do yourself a favor and try it out.

I used to have my crew members write their notes and track their time on client sheets. I then had an employee who collected those papers, input hours into a google sheet, and invoiced through Quick-books online, and managed client information through a different CRM. That employee wound up costing 10% of the monthly income! When they quit, I found Jobber and was able to manage so much more on my own, drastically cutting costs. I have better control over all aspects of my business because of Jobber, and I would highly recommend it to other small service businesses.

Pros

The best thing about this software is that it allows a small company to manage most of its administrative and office needs in one place, by one person. It also scales as you get bigger to allow delegation of tasks to other team members.

Cons

With the new payment collection options, Jobber has addressed the biggest complaint I had with the software, specifically how to address partial payments.
