" August 28, 2015 4.0 Food Machinery Services have been using Jobber since January 1st 2015. We service over 200 Customers in Bakeries, Restaurants and Food Production Plants. The database of information we now have guides us towards most profitable business. All Invoices are produced on Jobber along with quotes. That counts as $1M this year. Would like some tools to archive off some information and that looks like it will happen. Support is excellent. It's final plus is the ability to use multiple platforms to keep updating the Jobber records. We are very pleased! Review Source KM Kevin M. Jobber adds a great deal of refinement and helps maintain efficient workflows. It is an exceptional tool for the small operation and even more so for large, more complex organizations. We have 17 staff to schedule and arrange and of those 12 are active users on Jobber. Jobber assists with customer workflows very well, but truly shines when coordinating complex team structures and daily task obligations of a larger team. Jobber support is infallible. The one thing negative to say about it, would be to have 2 taxes running at the same time, for us Quebec, Canada users. It's easy to use and has a lot of nice functions. I tried a different program right before this, but decided it was a bit confusing. Jobber has pretty much everything I need right now. There's a few things here and there that could make it even better, but this is a new program and they are always improving and adding. I have had very few issues with the site going down or having glitches. I would recommend this to other businesses that deal with technicians in the field. Review Source BL Ben L. It saves us a lot of time and energy. Where it fall a little short for us is on its customization and price for employees. Most of my feature requests have been about customizing but really any out of the box product is made for the masses and they shine there. I would like the fee model for giving employees to vary based on what privileges are given to them. Overall though I would recommend Jobber to any small business owners that runs a service business. It was a smooth transition from our last CRM program. The QuickBooks sync feature has some difficulties with QBDesktop but the Jobber support team is always on top of answering questions and troubleshooting. At first we were expecting Jobber to work in some of the same ways our last program worked, but we have actually come to prefer Jobber's functionality. But the real reason for me taking the time to write this review is the great customer service. Anytime I had a problem or needed help I was able to talk (actually on the phone with a real human!!) to a representative from jobber and clear it up. That is something that I'm finding it increasingly harder and harder to find in businesses and the reason why I'm so impressed with the people over at Jobber. I have eliminated 98% of paperwork and currently use jobber on an android phone, tablet, and desktop office pc. I love having all my info in real time anywhere. I have used over a dozen different solutions trying to simplify my small landscaping business and I now run entirely using Jobber. The workflow and organization that it provides is near perfect. I use the software mostly for scheduling and it does a great job. I've had trouble though using the program from my iphone which, for field work, is clearly important. The good news is the customer service for this company is great. Someone always answers the phone, I've never had to hold or listen to a long list of options, and chat help on their site is immediate. Cons We would love to be able to update the quote and invoice templates with our accreditations ie: logo for our electrical standards that we follow as a business, solar pv qualifications and other consumer related conducts that we follow. Other programs did some things well, but others not so well. Always seemed to be be wanting systems to be just a little bit more conducive to what I wanted to do. Every aspect of the software worked...sadly due to the extremely detailed needs that our installers require the product fell just short. If you are in a business with the same gadgets and doohickeys that you bill against everyday this is great....if you have more detailed info that passes between your moving parts it might be a little tough to integrate. I had trialed plenty but they were either overbloated, expensive or did not offer enough. For me Jobber offers all that I need for my business at the moment. They are always adding new things and are always open to suggestions for adding improvements. They are extremely quick at answering any queries and also quick at resolutions. Multiple programs to run the business, tons of paperwork, slooooooow monthly billing and quotes that took forever to get out the door. Not any more with Jobber! I am so excited to be using this program with our new tablets. It's a fast, easy to learn program that quotes, schedules, routes, maps, tracks time and expenses, invoices and receives electronic payments. Just awesome!
