Overall, it is a good app, but a bit pricey and I wish there were no credit card fees. Yardman allows CC payments without fees.

Pros

Scheduling and Invoicing and typically I have very few issues with the app or website being down and not functioning.

Cons

The inability to do everything off of the app. The UP NEXT feature on the home page is useless. If you have 3 different crews going there is no way for this feature to be correct.

Pros

I love the scheduling and the invoicing capabilities. I like the messaging feature and the built in job forms.

Cons

I wish there was more options for flat rate pricing and easier add ons. I wish we could add more than one job form of the same type (ex. 2 furnace inspections). I also wish the app for admins had more back end features.

The simplicity of using the app. It’s very user friendly from scheduling jobs to completing them. Makes it easy for us contractors.

Cons

I don’t like how invoices are automatically generated for jobs. I think the quotes section can look confusing.

has been amazing overall. The support is amazing and I can tell in the future there will be more improvements as time comes

Pros

Asking for reviews after jobs have completed that has helped us gain so many google reviews. We went from 13 to 75+ reviews in 6 months

Cons

I don’t like the options for quote writing. I would like a hierarchy that could group multiple options but the client can only pick one. Also it not to be locked to the bottom of the quote it can be placed anywhere in the quote

Overall, is a great web based application, that it handles many different tasks from one place very conveniently.

Pros

is a convenient Multifunctional tool, for scheduling jobs and staff. It seamlessly organizes quotes, jobs, and invoices. It receives payments and drops the info into our QBO account.

Cons

One feature, we would really like to see, would be in the customer payment platform. we would love the ability to screen out the use of a specific credit card company which charges a highere rate than the others.

Our experience with has been amazing from invoicing to scheduling for my team to clock in and clock out incorporating it over into my QuickBooks. It has been a total game changer for my whole business.

Pros

Scheduling let me tell you how amazingly easy it is to schedule I love that my technicians can clock in and clock out. I can use my QuickBooks to do Payroll nice and easily. I like that it keeps track of all my KPI’s It keeps track of my competitors and what I should do in order to incorporate certain things into my business Really I don’t think there’s enough characters for this review to tell everyone I’ll be amazing features that gives us access to

Cons

The cost I am on the top tier however, gives you an incentive to refer other Businesses I referred so many people that I have not paid For Jobber for sometime now

The company is great, the people are phenomenal and supportive, and the interface is useful and continues to improve.

Pros

I like that there are so many things you can utilize it for. It has scheduling, timesheets, invoicing, customer updates, job forms, etc. It’s nice to have so many things I need for my business all in one place on one interface.

Cons

There are some things on the employee side that it’s missing that I feel like are simple add ons. For instance, having employees be better notified when shifts are added for them, or being able to request time off, drop or swap shifts… etc.

makes my job easy and fast. I don't have to remember details because they are all stored in one place and easy to find.

Pros

Information all in one place. From quotes to storing all communications with client, everything is in one place and easy to access. Once you get to invoicing, all of the information and details you need are easy to find. The updates are very helpful and make the app better and better.

My only issue was if we needed to change client address in the past it was hard to do but with the most recent updates, this is now made super easy.

Overall, it is a good product. I can't compare it to other home service-based CRM's because I have not used any other CRM's. It is pricey though.

Pros

keeps us more organized and professional looking. The scheduling, invoicing and customer notes are all great features that we use on a daily basis.

Cons

I don't like that two or more Technicians can be assigned to a job, but the job is only colour-coded to show one Technician. This leads us to believe that the second (or third) Technician has availability in their schedule, when then actually do not. Also, it would be nice to be able to indicate when Technicians are not available to work. Lastly, we are a Canadian company supporting another Canadian company, but I detest that we are forced to pay in USD, which costs us 35 - 40% more.

Overall, I do recommend . I find it to be more user-friendly than other systems I have used in the past.

Pros

Easy to use for scheduling, quoting, invoicing & client communication all in one place. There are some features on the mobile app that we find very useful. The reports are helpful.

Cons

The most frustrating quality of is the frequent updates which often results in losing functions I previously relied on. Also there are many performance issues such as the system going down for sometimes hours at a time.

Very happy! I am the office admin and when I need to communicate something to my team, they know where to find the information! My day-to-day work is all done in .

Pros

All the information that I need to know about my clients is in once place and easy to find! It's easy to use! I can schedule and track appointments and jobs in one place. Other apps that I use connect to . They are always improving and listening to feedback. Any Bugs and Issues they are on top of and notify the system users that they are working on it.

Cons

There are some flaws with uploading documents to emails and some features that don't always work 100% of the time slowing my daily tasks down. When I want to pull reports on tags that I have created for my clients, it's hard to quickly do that and not have to spend a large amount of time then editing the information.

I've been using for over four years now, and it's been a game-changer for my service business. The platform is extremely well-designed and intuitive, making it easy to manage clients, schedule jobs, send quotes and invoices, and receive payments — all from one place. I especially appreciate the mobile app, which allows me to stay on top of everything while I'm on the road. Jobber also keeps improving over time with new features and updates that really add value.

Cons

As a French-speaking user with French-speaking clients, I’ve found that I can customize about 90% of the content in French, which is great — but not perfect. There are still a few system-generated messages or labels that remain in English and can’t be modified. It’s a minor issue, but something to keep in mind if you're working entirely in French.

Good. Happy with the program. We enjoy using it. We like the update that allows us to input multiple payments from a customer now. That's great.

Cons

used to allow us to bulk send overdue invoice reminders to our customers. This feature appears to no longer be available an now we need to issue individual email reminders to each customer - it worked a lot better when we could bulk send reminders (perhaps this is available and I am just uncertain how to do it now).

gives us great support for running our service industry business and is tons of value for great price. The marketing suite and automations are worth 2 hires or more!

I just we had it sooner. Eventually the ai chat with get even better so we hope that the automations will expand as well

Its been great and i always recommend to other people working in the trades. its very used friendly for anyone that isn't great with computers.

Pros

Its like having an assistant that helps me keep all my crew organised. all my guys can log in and see what they are up to so they can think more for themselves and feel more empowered to get on with their day.

Cons

Sometimes i have issues with syncing invoices with quickbooks when i take deposits. if the deposit is taken months before its finished then my accountant can get confused.

Game changer. From lead to quotes to job completion and invoice tracking the process is seamless and allow us to provide superior customer service through improved communications.

Pros

I just joined new company and saw that they weren’t using to optimize interaction with their customers from start to finish. It has been so easy to learn and implement that the team is now loving Jobber and wondering why they had not been using to its full potential previously. When I am not sure of how to use a feature or have an issue the Jobber customer service team is right on it responding to my questions via chat feature within minutes. I highly recommend to all small business operators!

Cons

Access to schedule when creating new requests. Going from one task to another can be difficult at times as you can not toggle back and forth.
