You get what you pay for, definitely a cheaper easier software to get a company started, but definitely need to upgrade if you make more than 100k per year.

Pros

Calendar view was always nice with the drag and drop feature for scheduling. Not a whole lot extra that Jobber does that another software doesn't.

Cons

Hard to use for technicians - can't edit certain things, if you create a job then you HAVE to create an invoice, if you put something as a "task" there's no record of it, no way to download a customers notes in their profile. hard to view each employees times to do payroll. Easy to create duplicate invoices and such, terrible situations can happen with this actually.

### "Jobber can grow with us"

Jobber is much better than I had expected. I did a big price/value comparison between Housecall Pro and Jobber. Read lots of reviews and I have found Jobber fits out business size and needs. My husband and I own the company with 2 part time helpers right now. And I love that Jobber can grow with us.

Pros

It's easy to see at glance where customers are in your funnel. Who needs to be booked for a quote? Who hasn't been invoice yet? etc.

Cons

The app does not work offline. We use the calendar feature the most for my workers out in the field and we often have sketchy cell service.

great experience over all. I would recommend using it for running and growing businesses. More customizations would be nice.

Pros

Support team is very helpful when you have questions. Jobber has changed my business for the better! Makes every day job and employee management easier. Also love the automations and how easy it is to manage where all our leads are coming from. Highly recommend.

Cons

No text campaigns. This would be nice rather than using other platforms for this if it was part of the campaign package. I also wish there was more room for adjusting filters on email campaigns. I find it can be very time consuming to either add specific clients OR it's very limited to the amount of client filters.

### "CRM Gets the Job Done"

Overall it gets the job done, but with a number of frustrations that I'm hoping they work through the kinks.

Pros

CRM, Billing, Calendar all in one place. Able to add tags and export for other CRMs, mailing lists, etc.

Cons

No area in basic plan to enter notes for each project other than "tags". Not easy to sort tags of importance. No 2 way texting with Clients, access to client info is VASTLY different on phone vs iPad vs computer and is not full access outside of computer.

It’s been amazing! All the staff are super helpful! They keep improving so it’s super nice to be with a CRM that is improving daily!

How easy it is! It’s super handy! The whole set up is super user friendly. The billing is amazing! I love the reports. It makes it super easy to track numbers!

I wish you could route properties in order, without times that will stay in order for months out. Recurring mowing) I wish I could charge credit card fees automatically to invoices.

Pros

The ease of scheduling and invoicing. My overall jobber experience with the help desk has been good. Whenever I have a question they are easy to get a hold of.

Cons

The syncing of jobber to quickbooks. It sometimes has issues with tax. Our profession has some jobs tax exempt and you have to manually change in quickbooks.

Our experience overall has been good and beneficial for our company. We currently only use it for our service department.

Pros

Jobber is a comprehensive program that works as advertised and has definitely helped us streamline our process and consequently we are getting paid for our services in half the time as before. Platform is reliable and consistent.

Cons

This is best suited for small businesses. Certain trades and businesses that need more tailored issues. Record of sent email messages or digital fingerprint of who last made entries. No ability to change font styles, colors or highlite things for the client. No ability to zoom photos from the collection entered in the job. Editing line items on an invoice doesn't edit the original invoice or job.

I enjoy using jobber, I have worked with other dispatching programs, and this is one of the very few that is very user friendly and super easy to use.

Pros

It is very user friendly; customer support is quick and very helpful. I enjoy the seminars that are given. It's nice to see other companies using Jobber.

Cons

On the scheduler, there should be more color options to assign and lighter colors. Products & services should have an easier search option. On the client section when you pull up the recent pricing it should pop up the job number/invoice number for better results

Booking estimates, turning into jobs and then into invoices are a time saver for sure. Also find collecting payments super easy. Still areas that need to be tweaked but over all Good!!

Pros

Love the fact jobber can be linked to our website so all new requests that come in are streamlined and make it so easy to schedule estimates.

Cons

the jobber calendar needs to work like the google calendar with colour selection for crew members etc. Also, the timesheets need work as well.

Overall I have really enjoyed jobber. It is continually updating and growing and getting better and better and I appreciate that.

Pros

I enjoy that it is easy and seamless to customize the way that works best for our company. It is easy to use and simple.

Cons

Since you ask... There are a few things. One thing I dislike the most about jobber is the note section. I truly believe it should be a bar just like the property, contact and overview section - it would also be very beneficial if someone else on jobber could comment on my note and it notify me. Like tagging "Hey NAME, can you post the photos from the job" and they can reply with the photos. The second thing is I would love to be able to put documents and photos in a separate section. Let thing, if a quote is converted then the job is canceled but I dont want to delete the quote for future reference it forever says "requires invoicing" which isn't a big deal just an annoyance.

Jobber is the second system I have used in the tree industry and I learned it quickly and have an easy time using it.

Pros

It is very user friendly in that things are easy to find and simple for employees and customers. The AI is really easy to use and customers have been pretty receptive. Also, support is great every time I need it!

Cons

I would like more reporting options and a way to track the activity in a client's account/jobs/quotes. It would help to track who is accessing the information and editing things.

Overall, Jobber is a decent program and generally meets our needs. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Over the past three months, we’ve noticed significant delays when loading and saving items—it’s become noticeably slower compared to when we first started using the platform. In the beginning, support via the chat feature was responsive and helpful, but lately, it’s been taking much longer to receive replies, which slows down our workflow when we need assistance. Additionally, we’d really like to see an option to have Jobber emails show our company’s email address as the sender. Currently, many of our emails end up in customers’ junk or spam folders, which creates communication issues. This happens frequently and impacts how we present ourselves professionally.

Pros

Honestly, I’m not sure there’s one specific feature I like most about Jobber. It’s a tool I use primarily to keep track of all our clients and jobs, and to monitor the progress and completion status of each project.

Cons

I'm finding a few key limitations in Jobber that impact our workflow. First, Jobber Payments doesn’t currently support automatically adding a credit card processing fee. Some of our invoices range from $10K to $20K, and we’d like the option to pass those fees on to customers who choose to pay by credit card. Other platforms allow for split-payment options—such as offering both a cheque amount and a credit card total—so the customer can choose. If this feature were available, we would fully transition to Jobber Payments, as it would significantly streamline our collections process. We're a small team of two and bill between $1.2M and $1.4M annually. Another challenge is the inability to transfer a job from one client to another. This is a frequent issue when working with property management companies, who often want the billing directed to a tenant or property owner. We're not always given the correct billing contact upfront, and when a job needs to be recreated under a different client, all notes and history from the original job are lost. On the mobile app, line items can be toggled between standard and optional, but this flexibility isn’t available on the desktop version. This creates inconsistencies when building or adjusting quotes between devices. Additionally, when a payment is collected, Jobber generates a receipt—but not a paid invoice. Currently, it requires an extra step to email the invoice and then copy the PDF to share with the client. Many of our customers pay in multiple installments, so having an automatically generated paid invoice or updated statement would be much more useful than just a basic receipt. Lastly, the automated follow-up system for invoices could be improved. There should be an option to set up at least three automatic reminders, including a customizable final notice or small claims warning. It would also be helpful to add more automated email triggers for quotes, jobs, and invoices—beyond the standard two delivery times currently offered.t.

I love that Jobber is an all in one solution. The customer support is great. Its ease of use is great. The scheduling is great, it's easy to use, invoicing is easy. Great value for your money.

I love the product overall. They are great about adding new features. A few more reminder options would be beneficial for my business.

Overall I would not recommend a better CRM system for the cleaning space. Jobber has thought about the entire process from receiving a phone call from a lead, to converting that call to a job, to scheduling the job, invoicing and marking it completed. I wanna say my fav part about Jobber is the timesheet area, the whole clock in/out and being able to adjust working hours and just seeing everything happening in real time due to GPS setting through Jobber. 10/10 recommend for that purpose.

We love jobber for every day business things. Keeps us all on track and is a one stop shop for all of our business needs.

Pros

It’s an all in one program that keeps track of clients information, team scheduling, expenses, appointment bookings and more. Makes it so easy to run business!

Cons

That I wish I found it sooner! They are constantly enhancing their app and website and all of our needs just keep getting met.

### "Fantastic Platform"

Pros

They make things super simple and integrate with everything. No having to duplicate transactions or appointments for different calendars.

Cons

It's not really a con per se, but it stinks that they keep adding new features only because I have to learn how to use them!

### "Great assistance for starter businesses "

I wish i would of starting using this from day 1, makes payment and scheduling much easier then text and calendar

Pros

I love the easy invoice sending and paykent process for clients. I also love it tracks the location of the cloents for the day to help me make a circle instead of back and forth.

Cons

The price of the kinthly service is a little high but with all the features it pays for itself in the long run.

VERY USER FRIENDLY. AND IF YOU NEED TURTORIAL VIDEOS THEY'RE AVAILABLE ON YOUTUBE. SINCE USING JOBBER OUR NUMBER OF CLIENTS HAS INCREASED AS WELL AS OUR REVENUE, EMPLOYEES, GOOGLE RATING, ETC. JOBBER'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL AND PROMPT! THE SECURITY IS GREAT, NOT ONCE HAVE WE BEEN HACKED OR CLIENT INFORMATION LEAKED. INVOICING IS EASY AND FAST AND RECIEVING PAYMENT IS JUST AS FAST! JOBBER IS A GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY.

Cons

THERE HAVE BEEN A FEW JOBBER INTERUPTIONS DURING THE WORKDAY BUT THE BUGS ARE QUICKLY FIXED SO THERE IS NOT TOO MUCH OF AN INTERRUPTION CONTINUING JOBS AND OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES.

My experience with Jobber has been great. Jobber has helped my company scale noticeably faster by increasing our response times to customers and by making our company look professional. I personally get compliments from clients all the time about how much they love our quoting and invoicing process/system.

Pros

The thing I love the most about Jobber is how easy it is to use for both my team and I. The desktop version is very user friendly which makes giving quotes, getting paid, and checking all your important metrics a breeze! The mobile app allows my whole team to clock in and out making both my day easier on pay day as well as providing employees a way to check their hours right at their fingertips!

Cons

At first I was a little hesitant about the price of Jobber. After almost a year of using Jobber I have realized that the amount of time and money this platform makes for me is well worth the monthly subscription prices.

Great. Customer support is always available to chat. Jobber ai is also a very helpful tool when having simple questions or tasks need completing.

Pros

I like how everything we need to use on a daily basis is included in jobber. It has made everything run a lot more smoothly on a day to day basis.

Cons

Sometimes the integration with other softwares like quickbooks can be a bit finicky. The price is high but for the most part worth it.

### "Easy does it!"

Great experience overall. Easy to navigate and set up. Very helpful during the organization and set up of accounts. A pleasure to open and get all you need to do quickly.

Pros

It is a great organizer. We love the way the CALENDAR works. It helps keep all the jobs in order and nothing goes missing. Another great feature is the TASK line. Where we can set up kick notes to remind us what we have to do in our busy schedule.

Cons

Sometimes you have to type in too many address lines in one quote or job page. But other than that, I can't think of anything else to complain about.
