### "Jobber makes my life a breeze"

makes the day to day life as the office administrator of a service industry company a breeze. The technicians always know where they are going and what is required and having job forms attached to each job makes sure everything is complete before they leave. Being able to have the invoice completed on site and sent before we even leave ensures we get payed in a timely manner.

Pros

Very intuitive to use from day one, allowing for easy and quick booking of jobs. The recent updates have made sending beautiful and detailed quotes a breeze.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to merge client profiles as they sometimes get doubled up when customers submit multiple online requests.

### "Jobber is the heart and soul of our business"

Customer service has helped me learn more about the different features and how to best use them to improve our business.

Pros

is the heart and soul of our business. Our leads go into Jobber directly from our website form and social media marketing. We use Jobber to set up appointments to meet potential customers. We use Jobber to keep track of info and pictures from consultations with potential customers. We use Jobber to create very professional looking proposals and collect deposits. We use Jobber to communicate with and schedule our employees. We use Jobber to track before, during, and after pictures of jobs. We use Jobber to send invoices, collect payments, and even collect reviews. It syncs with Quickbooks to help us track all of our financials. We would be lost without Jobber.

Cons

I wish had a way to keep track of a to-do list that isn't connected to the calendar. Many times we have a running to-do list of tasks that need done, but aren't scheduled activities.

has absolutely helped us in many ways of our business, like collecting payments, sending out invoices, ease of using the platform and total overall experience is superb.

Pros

is a professional platform that allows our business to run like a Fortune 500 company by simplifying our invoicing, schedules and much more. The jobber team listens to their users and improves in ways like new features from their users like no other platform we've used before.

Cons

I would have to say the price increase between their different platforms levels is my biggest con, as the price increases are a little steep.

Excellent - have had it since the beginning of my biz. I left for a brief period for a competitor, but will never make that mistake again!

Pros

Ease of use for everyone - employees, customers & management. makes it incredibly easy to quote, schedule, pay, & follow up with everyone!

Cons

There are very few things I dislike about . I would prefer a multi-tiered followup cadence, embedding text messages in long term automated followup - I believe this is not a Jobber problem though and legislation would have to change.

### "Sick of wasting time on simple tasks, then this is your solution "

So far we have been running it for 2 seasons now and it has given us a lot more freedom to focus on other parts of the business.

Pros

has allowed us to stream line our process. It allows us to catch customers right away with estimates and then reminds us to follow up with them. Before, scheduling was a nightmare having to type out routes and jobs, now it is as easy as drag and drop. The crew easily knows where to go and how to route the day. Payments have become very simple as well. Instead of waiting for payments or tracking customers down, jobber handles most of it and reminds them if they haven't paid.

Cons

Biggest con I have is the glitches. But they work on them quickly. Unfortunately, when the app goes down or has issues, if you don't have a backup plan, it can make the day difficult.

Overall I would and continue to recommend to anyone that could benefit from it. Customer service is great, their product delivers everything they promise and they continue to add more and more to improve your growth too!

Pros

has allowed me to separate myself professionally over my competitors from the quotes, booking appointments, and payment processes. I continue to be complemented on how much more professional our business is.

Cons

Least favorite thing has been going through growing pains as continues to grow, more features get added and get streamlined more & more. With that being said though, Jobber has continued to hit the mark again and again as they continue growth.

Reason for choosing Jobber

Customer service mostly, secondary would be cost. Tint wiz is geared directly for our business, however the unwillingness to even answer basic questions while in the trail phase pushed us into ’s arms.

Great experience with , it has helped me grow my business tremendously with ease. I recommend jobber to other contractors and entrepreneurs regularly. Jobber has great potential for the future. With A.I. being introduced into more of our daily life, jobber will only get even better and take onboarding to another level for their customers.

Pros

The organizational components that not only offers, but optimizes into your business structure. Jobber gives employee run businesses the opportunity to appear professional to clients, while also having in house material organized effortlessly. This gives business owners more time to focus on other aspects of their professional/personal life. There is no doubt, Jobber will improve your business and bring more money to your business.

Cons

Sometimes the confusion of the additional apps. I added QuickBooks but I was confused when I had to pay an additional plan and pay for the quick books plan.. it wouldn’t have been so bad but having them both separate would have been easier. Paying the additional money was not the upsetting part. In a perfect world, you could pay to have QuickBooks within your jobber account. That way everything is still in one place. Like I said, in a perfect world. There is a possibility I haven’t figured it out yet.

We have always used and never tried any platform, that is because Jobber has it all. We do not need to look anything because we are satisfied with this platform. Being able to send quotes, send invoices, look at reports and even expenses is amazing

Pros

What we enjoy the most of is being able to look at everyone's work day including my one in just one screen. Jobber is really easy to use and it allows us to do pretty much anything anywhere.

Cons

There is nothing we dislike about . Its quick, easy and gets the job done in minutes. Maybe something I could give feedback on is make a plan that has QuickBooks integrated in the price already.

### "From Paperwork Nightmare to Streamlined Dream!"

is a game changer for us! We previously used a manual system with lots of paper... so we were blown away by the capabilities of even then basic subscription that Jobber offers. The value for the money is a no-brainer, and as we grow we look forward to upgrading our plan.

Pros

helps streamline our workflow, which improves efficiency and leads to increased profit! Jobber also helps prevent important tasks from slipping through the cracks by automating follow-up on payments, quotes, and customer feedback.

Cons

It's hard to find many cons to - but if I dig deep I suppose I would say limited customization for templates and customer-facing PDFs.

### "Jobber - For Arborists"

It’s really good. But I’ve definitely found a handful of holes in its game that fam on deaf ears with the development team. Credit card fees as an additional automatic charge being one. Optional items within a line item being another, the way that the phone app version always down scrolls to the bottom of the paragraph being another (very annoying). All in all though, it’s about as good as I could imagine.

The streamlined process it provides. The fact that it prevents so much repetitive time consuming work.

Early in our journey the Quickbooks integration was awful. We eventually gave up trying to rectify the various “errors” and just moved on:

### "Communication is everything!"

Worth it. I have been with for 3+ years and I have been pleased with their improvements. It is making my business better.

Pros

I like how everything in is designed to be efficient. From 2 way texting to the review manager, to the email marketing (made $50k in the last email I sent out) Communication is everything!

Cons

I am on the most expensive plan and it is vary expensive. lol It is on the high end since I live in Canada.

Pros

Easy software,excellent customer service and quick response. I would highly recommend it to any small business owner.

Cons

Credit card fee could be a little less . Also I would recommend them to make short instinctual videos of other tips and benefits that sometimes you don’t know they exist.

Its really eastbtobuse and the customer service is better than any of the other companies i have used.

Cons

The payout delays that have happened on occasion. Not all the time but every now and then it takes a whole day longer to get the funds when receiving an electronic transaction.

We've tried a couple other apps but we like how has everything we need in one place. The schedule feature with maps is really helpful for the field.

Cons

Not everything can be done on the phone as compared to the computer. I do wish there was an option to add a cc fee without having to add it everytime.

What I love most about is how user-friendly it is. Whether I’m scheduling jobs, sending quotes, or following up with clients, everything is simple and intuitive. On top of that, their customer service is top-notch—always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about helping businesses succeed.

Cons

The only thing that I dislike about is that I wish you were able to bring your own credit card processing company to use on their platform.

My overall experience using has been fantastic. Very little issues and even if you do encounter a problem, Jobber's customer service is quick & friendly to get everything back up & running

Pros

is very user friendly. It's easy to find what you're looking for. The layout is easy to look at.

Cons

No link straight to Google reviews and no option to add transaction fee to card payments unless you add as a line item (it then changes the tax/total)

Excellent product! Has increased our productivity and made getting paid a lot simpler.

Pros

It greatly simplifies running lawn crews and collecting payments. The automatic recurring payments are most helpful & why we came to in the frist place.

Cons

The routing is terrible. It only works with routing every address in your database vs routing the addresses assigned for that day. I've had to create a work around for the routing because it is so bad.

### "Still Needs Improvement"

Overall is an easy system to work with. There are still services and options that need improvement. See 4 items in the cons section that we specifically listed. We like some of the latest improvements, and we hope that your team takes our cons seriously.

Pros

Scheduling, quoting, and clocking into jobs are all fairly easy, but there are still hiccups and preferences that we believe could make even better. See the cons list.

Cons

1\. You can't connect with anyone to get a dedicated phone number for our specific area. We have tried to get a number for 15+ hours and no luck. The only response we get is to try back again later... Phone service companies don't work like this. 2. You can't edit someone's address within the scheduling calendar on a desk top. Huge inconvenience. 3. You can't gross up a quote by a certain percentage. Other platforms offer this option. 4. We want to be notified everytime someone opens a quote, not just the first time. Other platforms offer this option. 5. Workers should be able to clock into a job without cell service. They system the shoule be able to sync. once service is restored. Sometimes we service areas with bad reception, so a functioning app based off the lastest available data would be helpful.

### "bad company"

nightmare lost money this company does not understan that if we get paid we need the money next day or even same day as square but they do firsta transaction 7 busines days then 2 to 3 business day

I just cancel 2 suscriptions with I sais before is an average software House Call Pro is much better this jobber company held hostage $8250 for 7 days of my money with the excuse that it was the first transaction hgause call pro next day i did have my money even square first transaction next day i have my money I lost business because this company never going to used again im going back with house call pro

Cons

nothing i just used because the price better paid little more and get better service im going back to house call pro they have a decent price you can load pictures you get emails when you get paiid

### "Jobber Makes Running My Business Simple and Efficient"

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, well-designed, and makes day-to-day operations like quoting, invoicing, scheduling, and customer communication much easier to manage. While I’d love to see more built-in features without relying on add-ons, as well as better options for tracking expenses, Jobber has still streamlined my workflow and improved how I run my business.

Pros

What I love about is how intuitive and well-organized the platform is. Communication with both customers and potential customers is seamless through text and email, which makes staying connected simple. The quoting and invoicing tools are straightforward and efficient, and I really appreciate how easy it is to track jobs and monitor profit margins. Overall, Jobber makes running my business smoother and more efficient

Cons

What I like least about is that many features require add-ons to get the full experience, which can feel limiting. I also wish there were an option to link a credit card directly to Jobber for automatic expense tracking, as that would make managing finances even more seamless.

### "Small Solo Electrical Contractor"

I have loved . It makes my job easier and lightens the load for me. Staying organized and efficient is so much smoother with Jobber. Always recommending it to other service businesses.

Pros

Significantly improves efficiency of quoting and invoicing but also makes schedulking and customer management so easy. I love that it integrates with quickbooks for easy tracking.

Cons

I understand the different tiers, but some things can feel gate-kept with such a huge jump in subscription cost. Overall this is not a big issue though.
