As I get more into it, I am utilizing more and more pieces of it. Seems to work well for the most part.

Pros

I like that you can take a job from start to finish. Most categories are helpful for certain people to look at to find what they should be doing that day.

Cons

It does not automatically save. Also no option to decline a quote from the customer view. Would be nice to be able to add our personal contract that we send to the customer. Within a quote assigning it to someone for review.

Besides our technicians, Jobber is the workhorse of our business. Jobber tracks our customers all the way through the sales funnel with each member of our team. From client contacts and requests, to scheduling, job notes and invoicing, Jobber brings our team and our clients together in one seamless place. From the same system I'm able to pull up a client's entire history, send estimates, revise estimates, refer to job notes from technicians for troubleshooting, and invoice the same day a job is complete. As an admin, Jobber gives me the confidence to process any client need in real time. While no system is perfect, Jobber customer service is quick, efficient and helpful to address issues and implement suggested solutions by their users. Easy to use, affordable, robust and adaptable. Without Jobber, we wouldn't be on our way to doubling our business growth in two years.

Pros

There isn't much we don't love about Jobber, having everything in one place to process and service our clients from interest to invoice has been the biggest helper to our business. Specifically, this year we have utilized the texting feature which has cut down on conversion time of quotes, given us more flexibility for proactive communication and allowed us to interact with busy homeowners looking for convenient service.

Cons

The lack of build from scratch reports and batch select actions. However, customer support is always helpful in taking feedback and feature suggestions.

Sending estimates was a nightmare, it wasn't customizable and didn't have the features we really needed.

My overall experience is pleasant. If something is wrong the customer support is available quickly. It is very easy to use and affordable.

Pros

How I can use it for multiple reasons. Invoicing, scheduling, estimates, texting clients, it also captures the clients signature for quotes. It is very easy to use. We can add before and after pictures. There is always a review of any new ways that are changing to it.

Cons

How sometimes it goes down or glitches. Or once we get used to something it changes. Or when there is a big change to Jobber the system tends to go down during business hours.

We could not do business without Jobber, we would also just not be where we are today without it. We have been using it for almost 10 years and literally could not do what we have done without Jobber.

Pros

schedule, automatic invoicing, customer support, client profiles, reminders and follow ups. Marketing suite all in one place!

Cons

A few little customizations that I would like to make to perfectly suit my business. Things like 'specifically requested teams'

Jobber is very user friendly. I like how I can put in a request then go to a quote then to a job and to invoicing.

Pros

We can have all of our customers information, schedule appointments and have all their billing in one place.

Cons

It is hard to find how to put customers on autopay. Some things it takes too many steps to get a result.

It works very well, and their support staff is readily available. It's easy to navigate and use, and regularly adds new features.

Pros

It's a great one-stop shop. If you're a business owner who wears a lot of hats, Jobber has all the tools you need to succeed in every facet of your business.

Cons

If you are a specialist in your particular field of a business, you will find Jobber a bit limiting. The tools are designed for simplicity, not advanced functionality.

Overall, my experience with Jobber has been GREAT!!! It truly is customizable and easy to use. Customer service is great and the software itself is great!!

Pros

Jobber has been great for scheduling our projects. I like that it links with a few other programs we use in the field. Creating a customer is super easy and I like that we can customize information on the account. Invoicing is really simple and the look of the customer portal and the invoices are very clean and user friendly. I like that we are able to go into the customer portal so if our customers have questions, we can see what they are seeing and walk it thru with them. I do like that it shows when we can expect a deposit in our account as far as payments go. The timeclock feature is really great for keeping track of everyone. The value for our money is defiantly there!!!

Cons

This could be user error, but closing out a re-occurring job is a little difficult. I don't like that it closes out future services and it doesn't give you the option to just close out the re-occurring service you just did and leave the rest.

Very good! It’s definitely a lot to learn but once you are comfortable with it, it makes your day to day easier and saves you a ton of time.

Pros

It makes our day to day work easier with scheduling, quoting, invoicing and estimates. Saves us a lot of time

Cons

The CRM is definitely expensive and we wish we had some of the features on the grow plan that the plus plan has without having to spend so much more money because our company is too small to need the plus plan.

Overall, Jobber has been a good change for us. We used Arborgold prior to Jobber, and Single Ops before that. Jobber has been the most user friendly on the computer, but I've not had a great experience with the mobile version.

Pros

The invoicing for jobber is pretty straightforward. I like that the proposals can have optional check boxes for line items. It's been pretty easy to navigate the system. The banking is seamless, and deposits arrive in our account quickly.

Cons

The scheduling is easy, but that calendar gets very confusing with estimate appointments and job appointments. And we use a time frame for arrival for estimate appointments but there's no option for that type of scheduling. And I wish there were a way to turn the auto reminders off on an individual basis.

I am very pleased with it, i refer everyone that i can, especially since ive used other similar software's and jobber still is the best ive used so far.

Pros

Jobber is great for entry level business but also higher level developed businesses. Its a great tool to track statistics, run admin, and manage team members and information very well. The client communication side of it is amazing too.

Cons

Theres a lot to learn about it to use it properly so it takes a bit of onboarding time to really get a feel for it. Occasionally the website has some downtime for maintenance which isnt ideal but usually is running pretty quickly.
