Since we start use HOST, from IT perspective my work and the control of systems was simplified, since we have a lot components in one system. The fact that it's a cloud program, we only need to upadate versions on servers and no work need to be done in user computers. We also have regular updates. With Host, GPDR compliency was assured.

Pros

Since we came from other similar software, than in the end was no support, it was very surprised than with HOST, we actually have a team that help us, and the transitions was quite easy, and made in 2 months of work. We migrate from 5 different software to 1 with practically same features, and we a clean user interface.

Cons

Since we have two hotels, and have a central management hotel view, sometimes some configuration inside items cannot be exported directly to properties and it kind duplicate the work... Examples: printers,\[POS: sectors, user credentials\]

It works, gets the job done and provides adequate info.

Pros

Very stable, fast, reliable software. Has all the tools you need to run your hospitality / F&B business.

Cons

It would be nice to have further customization options. Specially reports. Some tools are less than intuitive.

Pros

This is a product that has been an all-rounder for us. It has allowed us to ensure we are up to date in all areas and has been very efficient and easy to use.

Cons

Whenever any issue does arise, it is possible to get it resolved by the team but the time it takes could be improved.

Pros

Very pleased with all the possibilities that the system offers in terms of Sales & Marketing analysis.

Cons

Very pleased in the past with the custumer support. At the moment not pleased with the reponse time or quality of the support.

Pros

Very complete in all aspects (comercial and financial statistics). Helpdesk always ready to help and accept to improve the system.

Cons

Lay out when trying to open on a table or smart phone should have a mobile app in order to be always connected.
