Cons Not much to complain about. Customer support was somewhat difficult to navigate but that goes along with many of these companies now-a-days. Its been a really good experience but i think i need more time with it in order to judge it better. Pros It's really easy to use and takes a lot of time off the usual surveying process. it has a lot of tools that you can easily use to better your experience with the software. I am really pleased with the product. Cons I haven't had the oportunidad to contact their customer support but I haven't seen a section to contact them either. Its not a problem because I never needed to contact them but I guess it could become a problem if I needed to contact them.
