Pros: We are the Aust/New Zealand channel partner for Opinionmeter International (OMI). In that capacity we create surveys and reports for many clients in addition to supplying the system for clients to use on their own ¿ which many do with great success.

The Opinionmeter system, in our opinion, has several important advantages. OMI has been in the customer feedback-gathering and surveying business literally for decades. Whilst the technology has changed profoundly over that time, the company has reliably evolved its offerings in synch with that. Today we and our clients have in OM a multimodal survey platform to meet just about any conceivable requirement: mobile or fixed, intercept or self-initiated, large form-factor or tiny, online or offline, even paper forms. And, it all just works seamlessly. This is not the place for a feature list, but it¿s all there.

Cons: There are no significant ¿cons¿ in our opinion. There are always new ideas and features that can be added, and whilst their absence is, at the time, arguably a ¿con¿, the company has an amazing record of continuing to develop the system to build-in new features demanded by the client base.

Overall: If you are looking for a comprehensive, flexible, easy-to-use customer feedback and/or market survey system, you will find that Opinionmeter does it all, more comprehensively in our view than any competitor.

Pros: easy to use, reports are very easy to run. Customer Service is fantastic.

Cons: I wish there was an identifying # with open ended questions/comments. That way I could more easily identify which overall survey belongs to that comment. Perhaps there is and I just don't know about it.

Overall: I highly recommended this product

Hi Eileen, Thank you for your feedback! Yes, you can identify open-ended comments and associate them to the survey. This is done through the Respondent Level report. You can view this report online or export to Excel. I recommend Excel, because then you'll see each survey in each row along with each question in each column! Hope that helps! Opinionmeter Support

Use tablets as Digital signage too and manage files centrally.
Online triggers.
Report automation.
Dashboard creation.
Decission tree on questions.
Consolidate reports from different surveys
Option to have server in-house
Combne web surveys / tablet surveys / paper surveys in the same tool
SSL security
Strong password capabilities

Cons: When using digital signage funtionality, you can not create a play list. jpegs play a default time of 4 seconds but you can't modify that.

Overall: We have been working with the software 6 months now with different clients and it has been a good experience. On my research is the best survey tool available on the market.
