I've been using it for years, and I'm really pleased with how it has helped me achieve my challenging goals. **Pros:** I love XMind because it's so easy to use. I can create mind maps in minutes, even if I'm not a graphic designer. I also like the variety of templates and styles that XMind offers. This allows me to create mind maps that look professional and polished, regardless of my skill level.One of the things I like most about XMind is the ability to collaborate on mind maps with others in real time. This is a great way to brainstorm ideas, share information, and work on projects together. I also like the fact that XMind allows me to export my mind maps to a variety of formats, so I can share them with others or use them in other applications. **Cons:** I don't have many complaints about Xmind. I wish they would add more tools to the free version because it has some annoying limitations. This made me question if it's worth paying for the tool. " **Overall:** I used to love using this program to help me come up with ideas and keep track of various strategic subjects in an easy to communicate way. They have since made the things they were best progressively worst to the point where I find the majority of designs distracting from a business presentation standpoint. **Pros:** I have really come to enjoy the ability to present using the new Xmind. I find a lot of the new features have been useful: import/export, presentation, etc. **Cons:** The new SaaS model is clunky compared to the last version I used (Xmind 6). Previously, if I wanted to make business presentations the process was streamlined and easy for me. Today, I get bombarded with useless options that are irrelevant to making a professional mind map presentation. What used to take me seconds to do in terms of setup now takes me minutes.
