Owner Entertainment Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Spectacular, but complicated" October 2, 2020 4.0 Definitely love it, definitely wont be leaving it, but definitely hate having to make updates and changes to the system because of the flexibility. Pros This software does it all for us. Manages multiple users, clients, event details and all pertaining information. The shear volume of information and abilities this software has completely changes the ability for someone to run an entertainment company or really any service based company. I love all the flexibility and all the customizing that can be done to make this software do exactly what you need it to for your business and your needs. Cons Boy is it confusing. Lots to setup, lots to put together all to get it running. It is so flexible, its almost the detriment. The system is not setup to do any automation as purchased. But can do almost as much as you want it to... if you can set it up the right way. There has been lots of late nights, phone calls and youtube watching to get it working the way I need it to. Biggest thing I would love to see added is API support so the system could more easily be linked with outside softwares. I can not believe I went this long without it Pros The ability to customize pretty much everything with the Product. Once you understand how it works and what it can do the possibilities are endless. Cons If you have no experience with the software it can be very daunting. The flow of the system does not make sense at first. With a little guidance, it all falls into place. Pros I did like how robust the software is when it comes to functions. Cons This software is great on the back end, but the client-facing elements are aesthetically lacking. It really really looks bad to clients. It doesn't present my company as modern or cutting edge. If I wasn't booking brides...but let's say engineers...it may be fine. Pros The fact that you can set up automation to email your clients and keep them on track is worth GOLD. I like the way that it integrates with our website. It makes it so easy to communicate with the client Cons It can be a little overwhelming to get it first started. Another DJ suggested I should give DJ event planner a try. The difference is astonishing. Everything I need to run my business smoothly a d effectively without having to jump between various apps, devices, and notes. Has the added Bonus of making your business appear more professional to clients. Highly recommend. Pros As a DJ on the Go I've often found keeping track of everything Tricky. With Bookings, website maintenance and customer communication I often found myself jumping between various apps and physical Diary's/Adress books. DJ Event planner incorporates all the functions a Dj a busy DJ requires to effectively run their business all in one place. Wether it be keeping on top of Bookings or just checking where you need to be on certain dates, DJ Event planner makes running your business effortless. I also love that my clients have their own planning portal! Cons The back end is very old fashioned and often hard to navigate.
