It is a somewhat complicated program, and when taking any action from the mobile version, it takes some time to appear on the computer version

A somewhat difficult software to use that hasn't improved the UI, UX and codebase over many years.

Pros

Affordable, Good uptime, multiple locations and rooms allowed. Configurable and useful RSS feed.

Cons

The original codebase was written years ago by the company Evanced. When Demco bought the company a few years ago they promised in person to re-write the software and begin to include features that libraries have wanted and needed for years. Instead, the software was only maintained and now they have announced they will no longer support it and end-of-life is coming this summer.

Reason for choosing Demco

Many years ago it was the only software we could find that met our requirements.

SignUp has made a huge difference in the arrangement of duties in my business. I am entirely grateful to the SignUp team for such an amazing tool.

Pros

I must admit was skeptical at first about the functioning of the application, but let's be honest. I'm amazed and very satisfied with SignUp. From the ease of setting up and running the application, the amazingly simple user interface, to the ability to create roles and schedules for volunteers to hand pick, I am in awe. The automatic emails were just blissful and made everything better. I cannot imagine how I survived without SignUp.

Cons

While it is expected of any free version of an application, there were numerous ads. With the premium version, my problems immediately disappeared.

The SignUp ratings were off the he charts and it was simply irresistible.
