The attention to detail, willingness to modify programs to the customers needs and overall clear communication is outstanding. I have worked with several other Club software systems and TAI is by far the easiest to use and work with. The POS system and screens are simple for your staff to work effectively, plus the GL and AP systems are able to supply you with all the reports you could ever need. There is no other company that will meet the standard of service support like TAI. The TAI Support staff is extremely helpful, all issues are resolved with a solution quickly and often quicker than expected. TAI is worth the investment. Personally, I feel a Club software system to make your staff more efficient so they are able to in front of your members / customers tending to their needs. TAI is your solution! January 17, 2017 5.0 The thought of going from our old school system that had done the trick for years to a Club Management software was a HUGE leap of faith. Was it going to integrate with MICROS and QUICKBOOKS as we hoped it would? Was training going to be difficult? The biggest question was, WHO AND WHERE WAS MY SUPPORT COMING FROM? TAI staff is the BEST! From sales to support, I cannot say enough about their dedication to their clients. The transition and training was smooth and efficient and they continue to be there for us with any questions we may have. I am thankful that we partnered with TAI. They deliver as promised. We are in the process of refining the dining package to meet our needs. The packages are written and updated with the end users' needs in mind. January 17, 2017 5.0 I personally am frustrated with the vendors who promise everything and deliver little, unless broken promises and headaches everything the provide! TAI is a great product and more important they are good people who can be trusted. Pros Simple and easy to use and has all of the features required. New Cell App is really good.
