Pros: Simple to configure and use
Love the studio mapping so ppl can select their bike (albeit very expensive to set up and cannot be changed once done so spend time getting this right)
Interfaces with Stripe perfectly.
Stable and effective software. We would be absolutely thrilled with Zingfit, but...

Cons: The customer service is non-existent at best. Seriously. We waited 6months before writing this review hoping things would improve.
You cannot get anyone on the phone, ever. Their office hours really don't align with Sydney timezone, and they are slow to respond on email.
My biggest gripe is we were promised an app within 2 months of going live (due 4mths ago). This was an essential system selection criteria for us, and would never have gone with Zingfit had we have known we would be without an app. Very annoyed about it actually! Not alot of care from Zingfit to rectify it either.

Overall: Online booking, customer setup, payment gateway, spot scheduling

We regret your experience & we will be improving this interaction for all customers, hands down. Please know there will be more proactive customer service. We've instituted changes & more changes are happening over the next few months, indeed a good number in the next few weeks. With regard to the app, zingFit was offering a white label app that continued the highly-branded engagement from website through to app, at a very affordable price point. Unfortunately, Apple changed its policy for all white label apps. That said we are working on a solution. We want it to be a robust & scalable product that delivers for boutique studios. Pros: how easy it is to use

Overall: Have been with Zingfit now since July 2016. The more I use the software the better I like it. The only thing I would like to see sooner than later....an app! The mobile application does not get great reviews from my clients. When I was with Mindbody the app was simple and effective, clients loved it!

Comments: ZingFit offers a solid platform for studio reservations. Their backend, while not the prettiest thing in the world, is highly functional and gets the job done. The team is pleased with it. Their platform is hyper flexible and has successfully adapted to the evolving needs of our business.
