Comments: Love the platform overall, has made our administration so much easier and has given us the ability to consolidate information that was previously held in multiple spreadsheets. We can now immediately email groups of contacts, view dashboards eg. financial information and easily create webpages to support our information channels.

Great value for any club wanting to consolidate and reduce administration.

Comments: We need to have a repeating message going out to our members after their membership expires. One email is not sufficient. We would like to have a repeated email once a month if they don't renew.

Comments: Very easy to setup has lots of flexible features. The UI is much nicer and cleaner than many others I've used. Great built in security model for adjusting different members permissions. I was looking at the lowest tier NationBuilder but this is a much better option. Glad I found it.

Missing a forum

Comments: We wanted to use TidyHQ for managing our shared property (about 20 distinct owner's), we loved the people directory, the mailing list function, the storage area, the calendar. We miss two features :
- A forum where we can chat on various subjects in an organized manner
- A wiki like feature in order to present things to people in the way we want to and/or to store/publish information the way we want

Hi Jean-Marc, thank you for the review. We once had forum functionality but folks stopped using it as Facebook and LinkedIn became more prevalent. People are using our Pages App as an intranet or Wiki which you might find useful? Thanks again for the review!

Cons: Everything is one location.

Overall: We find it difficult to find things - our members find it hard to navigate around. drop down menus in different locations to windows.......
Need to under procedures - not written to enter data. eg put people in contacts before you can add them as members etc.

Comments: We are a National Textile Art Group and TidyHQ is just what we needed, we can have our on line meetings with the meeting minutes live, everything at our fingertips no more having to interrupt the secretary to be able to obtain information, members and all contacts easily accessible, and great on line help when required. Can't wait to see how this program grows. Storage for documents like our Constitution, processes and protocols at our fingertips. Easy ticketing for our events. I just love this program.

Comments: TidyHQ has made a significant difference in managing our rugby club, with simple and easy to use features. Previously we used spreadsheets to manage our accounts, and now it's kept on the TidyHQ system. From an audit perspective, everything is there, you can do your invoicing, set up your memberships, even run ticketed events. AND ITS FREE with no monthly fees. We set up social memberships via the platform, and started with around 50, then went to 92, and last year we had over 150. New features keep coming out and I highly recommend the platform to any sports clubs, non-profits and even small business wanting to manage their affairs.

Comments: I thought there was a public face to my club. Potential members need to join before they can see or use anything apparently. Do I have that correct?

Hi Steve, Appreciate the review. You're right in that as soon as you switch on a Payment Gateway all of your memberships and events and shop items will display as expected. Comments: The 10MB size limit for attachments to email communications is a joke.

Our organization is a 49-piece musical ensemble, and our business requires that we be able to share mp3 files with other members.

The current size limit requires us to send emails outside of TidyHQ, which is contrary to the purpose of using the site in the first place.

PLEASE increase the attachment allowance to a size that is useful!

10MB in this day and age is pretty much useless except for sending text files and PDF's, and that information is more easily sent in the body of an email anyway.

Hi Lee, Thanks for this feedback. We are looking to increase attachment limitations to 25Mb on the paid plans but that's as far as we can push it. I'd then point to our Storage solution or even Dropbox to just post links to the MP3's. Thanks again for the review! Cheers, Isaak CEO and Founder
